【摘要】：為優(yōu)化短短芽胞桿菌FJAT-1501-BPA膠懸劑配方,獲得性狀穩(wěn)定可長(zhǎng)期貯存的菌劑,同時(shí)對(duì)其作為益生菌進(jìn)行益生特性評(píng)價(jià),本試驗(yàn)研究了不同穩(wěn)定劑、p H、Na Cl及防腐劑濃度對(duì)短短芽胞桿菌FJAT-1501-BPA發(fā)酵液保存特性的影響,并對(duì)其產(chǎn)芽孢率、耐熱性、抗生素敏感性、人工胃腸液耐受性、膽鹽耐受性等生物學(xué)特性進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果顯示,添加4%Na Cl、0.1‰檸檬酸鈣、0.1‰雙乙酸鈉、0.1‰山梨酸鉀、2.0‰黃原膠,調(diào)節(jié)p H為7,可作為短短芽胞桿菌FJAT-1501-BPA膠懸劑保存的參考條件。短短芽胞桿菌FJAT-1501-BPA能夠抑制沙門(mén)氏菌、大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌3種動(dòng)物腸道病原菌的生長(zhǎng),具有產(chǎn)孢率高、耐熱、耐酸、耐膽鹽的特點(diǎn),可與鏈霉素、氨芐西林同時(shí)使用,益生效果良好。因此,短短芽胞桿菌FJAT-1501-BPA可作為益生菌菌株應(yīng)用于畜牧生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the formula of Bacillus short strain FJAT-1501-BPA gel suspension, a stable and long-term storage agent was obtained, and the probiotics were evaluated as probiotics.
