【摘要】：為評(píng)價(jià)巴馬小型豬對(duì)高致病性豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征病毒(HP-PRRSV)的敏感性,本研究選擇PRRSV抗體陰性的16頭巴馬小型豬和17頭本地二元雜交豬作為研究對(duì)象,分別分為低劑量接毒組、高劑量接毒組、對(duì)照組1和對(duì)照組2,低劑量、高劑量接毒組肌肉注射接種PRRSV NVDC-JXA1強(qiáng)毒株,對(duì)照組1和接毒組混合飼養(yǎng),對(duì)照組2分開飼養(yǎng)作為空白對(duì)照。接毒后每天測(cè)量體溫,觀察精神、食欲、死亡等情況,死亡動(dòng)物剖檢病變,攻毒后每隔7d采血用RT-PCR法檢測(cè)病原,連續(xù)觀察21d。結(jié)果絕大部分豬體溫升高到41℃以上,且有3個(gè)以上溫次,所有接種及混養(yǎng)動(dòng)物都死亡,巴馬小型豬死亡時(shí)間在8d~17d,二元雜交豬在7d~13d,死亡動(dòng)物出現(xiàn)肺充血、出血、實(shí)變,扁桃體、淋巴結(jié)、肝臟、腎臟、皮下有出血等癥狀,病原RTPCR檢測(cè)為陽性,說明攻毒動(dòng)物死于HP-PRRS,表明巴馬小型豬對(duì)PRRSV NVDC-JXA1強(qiáng)毒株非常敏感,可用于PRRS活疫苗的檢驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the sensitivity of Bama miniature pigs to highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (HP-PRRSv), 16 Bama minipigs with PRRSV negative antibody and 17 local binary crossbred pigs were selected as the study subjects. High dose group, control group 1 and control group 2, low dose, high dose group were injected with PRRSv NVDC-JXA1 virulent strain intramuscularly, control group 1 was mixed with inoculated group, control group 2 was fed as blank control. Body temperature, mental state, appetite, death and so on were taken every day. Pathological changes of dead animals were examined. Blood samples were collected every 7 days to detect the pathogen by RT-PCR and observed continuously for 21 days. Results the body temperature of most pigs rose above 41 鈩，
