沙子-混凝土地面對(duì)蛋雞的磨爪效果研究

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在研究沙子-混凝土(SC)地面對(duì)蛋雞趾部的磨短程度以及群體等級(jí)是否影響蛋雞的磨爪效果。將48只17周齡的京粉蛋雞隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組2個(gè)處理,每個(gè)處理4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)6只。試驗(yàn)組為蛋雞提供養(yǎng)殖籠及SC地面,對(duì)照組只為蛋雞提供養(yǎng)殖籠。試驗(yàn)持續(xù)12周,每周對(duì)蛋雞趾部長(zhǎng)度與銳度進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集。結(jié)果顯示:(1)試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組蛋雞趾長(zhǎng)度在試驗(yàn)第二周就呈現(xiàn)顯著性差異(P0.05),28周齡時(shí)試驗(yàn)組蛋雞趾部長(zhǎng)度為11.12 mm,對(duì)照組為13.87 mm。(2)試驗(yàn)組蛋雞趾銳度顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),28周齡時(shí)試驗(yàn)組蛋雞趾尖端曲率半徑為1.26 mm,對(duì)照組為0.50 mm。(3)試驗(yàn)組不同等級(jí)蛋雞在試驗(yàn)8周后均能實(shí)現(xiàn)有效磨爪。試驗(yàn)表明:SC地面可顯著改善蛋雞趾部長(zhǎng)度及銳度,適合用于蛋雞磨爪。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to study the wear short degree of sand concrete (SC) ground facing the toes of laying hens and whether the population grade affected the clawing effect of laying hens. Forty-eight 17-week-old Jingfen laying hens were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, each treated with 4 replicates and each with 6 replicates. The test group provided cage and SC ground for laying hens, while the control group only provided breeding cages for laying hens. The experiment lasted 12 weeks. The length and acuity of toe were collected every week. The results showed that: (1) there was significant difference in toe length between the test group and the control group at the second week of the experiment (P0.05) the length of the toe of the test group was 11.12 mm at the age of 28 weeks, and that of the control group was 13.87 mm. (2) the toe acuity of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05) for 28 weeks. The radius of curvature of toe tip was 1.26 mm in the test group and 0.50 mm in the control group. (3) all the layers of different grades in the test group could effectively grind their claws after 8 weeks. The results showed that the toe length and acuity of the layers could be improved significantly by the weight SC ground, and it was suitable for laying hens to grind their claws.
