超聲輔助酶法提取天麻中天麻素的工藝研究

【摘要】:為了研究超聲輔助酶法提取天麻中天麻素的工藝,試驗采用單因素試驗和響應面法研究了酶解溫度、酶解時間、酶解p H值和酶用量對天麻素得率的影響。結(jié)果表明:最佳酶解提取工藝條件為酶解溫度95℃、酶解時間58 min、酶解p H值6.0、酶用量112 U/g。在該條件下,天麻素得率達8.33 mg/g,與理論預測值(8.40 mg/g)的相對誤差僅為0.83%。說明優(yōu)化的工藝穩(wěn)定、可行。
[Abstract]:In order to study the extraction process of Gastrodin from Gastrodia elata by ultrasonic assisted enzymatic method, single factor test and response surface method were used to study the effects of enzymatic hydrolysis temperature, enzymatic hydrolysis time, pH value and amount of enzyme on the yield of Gastrodin.
