超聲輔助酶法提取天麻中天麻素的工藝研究

【摘要】:為了研究超聲輔助酶法提取天麻中天麻素的工藝,試驗(yàn)采用單因素試驗(yàn)和響應(yīng)面法研究了酶解溫度、酶解時(shí)間、酶解p H值和酶用量對(duì)天麻素得率的影響。結(jié)果表明:最佳酶解提取工藝條件為酶解溫度95℃、酶解時(shí)間58 min、酶解p H值6.0、酶用量112 U/g。在該條件下,天麻素得率達(dá)8.33 mg/g,與理論預(yù)測(cè)值(8.40 mg/g)的相對(duì)誤差僅為0.83%。說(shuō)明優(yōu)化的工藝穩(wěn)定、可行。
[Abstract]:In order to study the extraction process of Gastrodin from Gastrodia elata by ultrasonic assisted enzymatic method, single factor test and response surface method were used to study the effects of enzymatic hydrolysis temperature, enzymatic hydrolysis time, pH value and amount of enzyme on the yield of Gastrodin.
