【摘要】：利用常規(guī)育種手段得到卡洛斯鵝(♂)和吉林籽鵝(♀)的雜交鵝F1代,通過(guò)純繁(卡洛斯鵝、籽鵝)、回交得到4組不同遺傳基礎(chǔ)的雜交鵝,測(cè)定0~10周齡試驗(yàn)鵝的體重和體尺,探究其生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育規(guī)律,并測(cè)定10周齡鵝的屠宰性能,進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果表明:4組試驗(yàn)鵝早期生長(zhǎng)速度快,1~4周齡生長(zhǎng)強(qiáng)度大,4~10周齡體重增長(zhǎng)快。10周齡時(shí),體重與體斜長(zhǎng)、頸長(zhǎng)、脛長(zhǎng)、胸寬、胸深呈顯著正相關(guān)。Ⅳ組(F1♂×卡♀)屠宰率達(dá)到87.51%,半凈膛率為82.68%,全凈膛率為75.27%,分別比Ⅱ組(吉林籽鵝純繁組)高7%、10%、14%。4組試驗(yàn)鵝的屠宰性能指標(biāo)間存在著較強(qiáng)的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:The F1 generation of crossbred geese of Carlos goose and Jilin seed goose were obtained by conventional breeding methods. Four groups of crossbred geese with different genetic basis were obtained by pure breeding (Carlos goose, seed goose), and the body weight and body size of 0-10 week-old test geese were measured. The growth and development of geese were studied, and the slaughter performance of 10-week-old geese was measured and the correlation was analyzed. The results showed that the body weight and body length, neck length, shank length and chest width of the four groups of the tested geese increased rapidly at the age of 10 weeks at 10 weeks of age, and at the age of 10 weeks, and the growth intensity of the four groups increased rapidly at the age of 1 ~ 4 weeks.
