【摘要】：雄激素是類固醇激素,除了促進(jìn)生殖器官發(fā)育外,還與生殖系統(tǒng)腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展密不可分。鹿茸作為唯一可以完全再生的哺乳動(dòng)物器官,其發(fā)生和再生過(guò)程與雄激素的調(diào)控有關(guān)。雄激素不但是決定鹿茸發(fā)生與否的決定性因子,而且在鹿茸再生過(guò)程中,雄性激素還具有維持鹿茸形態(tài)正常生長(zhǎng)作用。在生茸過(guò)程中鹿茸干細(xì)胞由雄性激素依賴性變成雄性激素非依賴性,此現(xiàn)象與前列腺癌發(fā)生機(jī)理類似。但是鹿茸的及時(shí)骨化防止了瘤狀器官的產(chǎn)生,這為攻克前列腺癌提供了良好的思路�，F(xiàn)將雄激素對(duì)鹿茸發(fā)生和再生的影響作簡(jiǎn)要綜述。
[Abstract]:Androgen is a steroid hormone, which not only promotes the development of reproductive organs, but also is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors in the reproductive system. As the only mammal organ that can regenerate completely, velvet antler is related to androgen regulation. Androgen is not only the decisive factor to determine the occurrence or not of antler, but also has the function of maintaining the normal growth of antler morphology in the process of antler regeneration. Antler stem cells changed from androgen dependent to androgen independent during antler formation, which is similar to the mechanism of prostate cancer. But the timely ossification of velvet antler prevents the formation of tumorous organs, which provides a good idea for conquering prostate cancer. The effects of androgen on antler formation and regeneration are reviewed briefly.
