飼糧中添加風味劑對豬采食量的影響及其作用機理

【摘要】:調控豬各個階段的采食量是動物營養(yǎng)研究的熱點問題。風味劑主要有香味劑、甜味劑、鮮味劑,可以改善飼糧的適口性,提高豬對飼糧的喜愛程度,也可以緩解因環(huán)境變化、飼料原料改變等應激反應導致的采食量下降。豬的嗅覺系統(tǒng)特別發(fā)達,靈敏度很高,味覺也要比人類敏感,因此在飼糧中添加風味劑主要通過刺激豬的嗅覺和味覺來使攝食中樞興奮,進而促進豬采食。本文綜述了飼糧中添加風味劑對豬采食量的影響及其作用機理,為相關試驗提供理論依據。
[Abstract]:The regulation of pig feed intake is a hot issue in animal nutrition research. Flavor agents mainly include aroma, sweetener and taste agent, which can improve the palatability of diet, increase the affection of pig to diet, and alleviate the decrease of feed intake caused by stress reaction such as environment change and feed raw material change. Pig's olfactory system is very developed, its sensitivity is very high, and its taste sense is more sensitive than that of human beings. Therefore, adding flavor agent to the diet mainly stimulates the pig's smell and taste to excite the feeding center, and then promotes the pig's feed intake. In this paper, the effect of flavoring agent on pig feed intake and its mechanism are reviewed, which provides theoretical basis for relevant experiments.
