反芻動物飼料小腸可吸收氨基酸流量簡化評定技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:本研究以康奈爾凈碳水化合物與蛋白質(zhì)體系(CNCPS,Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System)對RUP部分小腸可吸收氨基酸流量的預(yù)測方程為基礎(chǔ)。對18份飼料原料測定預(yù)測RUP小腸可吸收氨基酸流量所需數(shù)據(jù),并以體外法測定各時間點降解殘渣的小腸消化率。通過所測數(shù)據(jù),以CP的降解率和小腸消化率對CNCPS進行簡化,并比較其可靠性。研究表明:(1)精料和粗料均以8h的CP瘤胃降解率與有效降解率相關(guān)性最強,二者呈線性相關(guān),精料方程為Y=12.65229+0.82807X,r=0.98993,P0.0001;粗料方程為:Y=10.96738+0.88625X,r=0.97964,P=0.0006;(2)精料2h降解殘渣的小腸消化率與有效消化率相關(guān)性最強,線性回歸方程為:Y=0.02632+0.87927X,r=0.97029,P0.0001;粗料8h降解殘渣的小腸消化率與有效消化率相關(guān)性最強,線性回歸方程為:Y=-0.00224+0.95997X,r=0.99489,P0.0001;(3)提出了3種簡化方案,并對3種簡化方案的可靠性進行評估,結(jié)果表明,精粗料均以8h的降解率和8h降解殘渣的小腸消化率對RUP小腸可吸收氨基酸流量預(yù)測結(jié)果與CNCPS評定結(jié)果相關(guān)性最強,精料方程為:Y=-0.05564+1.40925X,r=0.99955,P0.0001;粗料方程為:Y=0.00197+2.11988X,r=0.99946,P0.0001。與CNCPS預(yù)測結(jié)果的均方差分別為0.25和0.005,差異性分析P值分別為0.9995和0.9971,說明簡化模型是可行的。其次,本研究對DM、CP、NDF、ADF和OM的瘤胃動態(tài)降解率的測定進行簡化,結(jié)果表明,精料以16h的降解率與有效降解率相關(guān)性最強,方程為:Y=0.44750+0.87007X,r=0.97121,P0.0001;粗料以8h的降解率與有效降解相關(guān)性最強,方程為:Y=14.23080+0.84717X,r=0.99104,P0.0001。
[Abstract]:Based on the predictive equation of Connell's net carbohydrate and protein system (CNCPS, Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System) on the absorbable amino acid flow in the small intestine of RUP, 18 feed raw materials were used to determine the number of amino acid absorbable amino acid flow in the small intestine and to determine the degradation residue at each time point in vitro. The intestinal digestibility of the small intestine was simplified by the measured data of CP and intestinal digestibility, and the reliability of CNCPS was compared. The results showed that (1) the correlation between the degradation rate of CP rumen and the effective degradation rate of the fine material and coarse material was the strongest, the two had linear correlation, the formula of fine material was Y=12.65229+0.82807X, r=0.98993, P0.0001, and the coarse material equation was Y=10.96738+0.88625X, r=0.97964, P=0.0006; (2) the correlation of small intestinal digestibility with effective digestibility of 2H degradation residue is the strongest, linear regression equation is Y=0.02632+0.87927X, r=0.97029, P0.0001, and the digestion rate of small intestine with 8h degradation residue is the strongest with the effective digestibility, and the linear regression equation is Y=-0.00224+0.95997X, r=0.99489, P. 0.0001 (3) (3) 3 simplified schemes were proposed and the reliability of the 3 simplified schemes was evaluated. The results showed that the prediction results of the RUP absorbable amino acid flow of the small intestine were the strongest with the degradation rate of 8h and the intestinal digestibility of the 8h degradation residue, and the equation of fine material was Y=-0.05564+1.40925X, r=0.99955, P0.0001; The equation of coarse material is: the mean square deviation of Y=0.00197+2.11988X, r=0.99946, P0.0001. and CNCPS is 0.25 and 0.005 respectively. The difference analysis of P values is 0.9995 and 0.9971, respectively, indicating that the simplified model is feasible. Secondly, this study simplifies the determination of the dynamic degradation rate of the rumen in DM, CP, NDF, ADF and OM. The results show that the essence is degraded by 16h. The correlation between the rate and the effective degradation rate is the strongest. The equation is Y=0.44750+0.87007X, r=0.97121, P0.0001, and the degradation rate of 8h with the effective degradation is the strongest. The equation is Y=14.23080+0.84717X, r=0.99104, P0.0001..
