澤瀉提取物對綠殼蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能及膽固醇代謝的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同水平澤瀉提取物對綠殼蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能、蛋品質(zhì)、血清生化指標(biāo)和蛋黃膽固醇含量的影響。實驗選用190日齡體況良好、產(chǎn)蛋率接近的綠殼蛋雞225羽,隨機分成5組,每組3個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)15羽雞?瞻讓φ战M不含澤瀉添加物,陽性對照組添加0.58 mg/kg洛伐他汀,給藥組分別添加0.1%、0.3%、0.5%的澤瀉提取物,實驗期42 d。結(jié)果表明,與空白對照組相比,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)0.5%澤瀉提取物提高產(chǎn)蛋率12.28%;質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)0.3%澤瀉提取物能顯著降低蛋黃膽固醇質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)24.2%和甘油三酯質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)35.5%;質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)0.3%澤瀉提取物能顯著降低血清膽固醇質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)51.97%;質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)0.1%澤瀉添加物組的能顯著提高免疫水平。由此可見,一定劑量的澤瀉提取物能降低雞蛋和血清中膽固醇含量、提高雞蛋品質(zhì)和雞群免疫水平,最佳添加量為質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)0.3%。
[Abstract]:The effects of different levels of alisma extract on performance, egg quality, serum biochemical index and yolk cholesterol content of green hens were studied. 225 green shell laying hens with good body condition and similar laying rate were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 15 hens in each group. The blank control group did not contain the alisma additive, the positive control group added lovastatin 0.58 mg/kg, and the control group added 0.1% 0.30.3C 0.5% extract of alisma for 42 days. The results showed that, compared with the blank control group, 0.5% extract of Rhizoma Alismatis increased egg production rate 12.28%, 0.3% extract of Rhizoma Alismatis significantly decreased cholesterol content of egg yolk and 35.5wt% of triglyceride, 0.3% extract significantly decreased serum gall. Alcohol mass fraction 51.97 and 0.1% Rhizoma Alismatis Additives could significantly improve the immune level. It can be seen that a certain dose of alisma extract can reduce the content of cholesterol in eggs and serum, improve the quality of eggs and the immune level of chickens, and the best addition amount is 0.3wt%.
