長(zhǎng)爪沙鼠的肝毛細(xì)線蟲感染率與鼠類及猛禽密度的關(guān)系

【摘要】:為研究鼠類密度和猛禽密度對(duì)鼠類肝毛細(xì)線蟲(Capillaria hepatica)感染率的影響,作者于2004年7月在內(nèi)蒙古錫林郭勒盟阿巴嘎旗北部和東烏珠穆沁旗西南部典型草原草場(chǎng)選取了14個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)樣地,采用洞口計(jì)數(shù)法(四分之一圓面積法)調(diào)查估計(jì)各實(shí)驗(yàn)樣地內(nèi)長(zhǎng)爪沙鼠(Meriones unguiculatus)密度,同時(shí)采用夾線調(diào)查法捕獲鼠類樣本,進(jìn)行常規(guī)解剖獲取肝毛細(xì)線蟲的感染數(shù)據(jù)。采用目測(cè)計(jì)數(shù)法統(tǒng)計(jì)猛禽的出現(xiàn)頻次,并以其出現(xiàn)頻次作為猛禽的相對(duì)密度指標(biāo)。實(shí)驗(yàn)樣地共捕獲長(zhǎng)爪沙鼠1 058只,觀察到鷹隼類活動(dòng)69只次。數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明,長(zhǎng)爪沙鼠肝毛細(xì)線蟲感染率與鼠類密度之間存在極顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.01,R~2=0.926),長(zhǎng)爪沙鼠肝毛細(xì)線蟲感染率與猛禽密度之間亦存在極顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.01,R~2=0.853)。該結(jié)果說(shuō)明,長(zhǎng)爪沙鼠是肝毛細(xì)線蟲的主要宿主,鼠類密度和猛禽密度的升高均會(huì)增加長(zhǎng)爪沙鼠肝毛細(xì)線蟲感染率,猛禽密度和鼠類密度之間還存在疊加效應(yīng),猛禽的捕食作用會(huì)加快肝毛細(xì)線蟲病的傳播周期,加重肝毛細(xì)線蟲病疫情。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of rodent density and raptor density on the infection rate of capillaria hepatic nematode in rats, 14 experimental sites were selected in July 2004 in the north of Abagah Banner and the southwest of East Uzhimuqin Banner in Xilinguole League, Inner Mongolia. The density of Meriones unguiculatuswas estimated by hole count method (1/4 round area method), and the infected data of liver capillary nematode were obtained by routine dissection. The occurrence frequency of raptor was counted by visual counting method, and its occurrence frequency was used as the relative density index of raptor. A total of 1,058 gerbils with long claws were captured and 69 activities of Falcon were observed. The results of data analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the infection rate of liver capillary nematode and the density of rodents. There was also a very significant positive correlation between the infection rate of nematode in liver and the density of raptor. The results showed that the gerbils were the main hosts of hepatic nematode, and the increase of rat density and raptor density increased the infection rate of hepatic nematode, and there was a superposition effect between the density of raptor and the density of rodent. Predation by birds of prey speeds up the transmission cycle of hepatic capillariasis and exacerbates the epidemic situation of hepatic capillariasis.
