【摘要】:本研究通過(guò)飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)初步探討了不同能量和蛋白水平日糧對(duì)寧夏灘羊生長(zhǎng)性能、養(yǎng)分消化率、血液生化指標(biāo)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的影響,從而為灘羊舍飼高效育肥技術(shù)提供理論依據(jù)。試驗(yàn)選用健康狀況良好,體重相近的4月齡左右灘羊112只,采用單因子隨機(jī)試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),隨機(jī)分為4個(gè)處理組,每個(gè)處理組4個(gè)重復(fù)(2個(gè)公羊重復(fù)組和2個(gè)母羊重復(fù)組),每個(gè)重復(fù)7只羊。試驗(yàn)根據(jù)增重目標(biāo)分為3個(gè)階段:22~28 kg,29~35 kg,36~40 kg。試驗(yàn)日糧營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平參考肉羊飼養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(NY/T816-2004),第一階段按體重22 kg,日增重200 g育肥羔羊營(yíng)養(yǎng)需要為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),試驗(yàn)1組DE:7.92 MJ/kg,CP:9.90%;試驗(yàn)2組DE:9.05 MJ/kg,CP:11.32%;試驗(yàn)3組DE:10.19 MJ/kg,CP:12.73%;試驗(yàn)4組DE:11.32 MJ/kg,CP:14.15%。第二階段按體重29 kg,日增重200 g育肥羔羊營(yíng)養(yǎng)需要為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),試驗(yàn)1組DE:7.45 MJ/kg,CP:8.28%;試驗(yàn)2組DE:8.52 MJ/kg,CP:9.46%;試驗(yàn)3組DE:9.58 MJ/kg,CP:10.65%;試驗(yàn)4組DE:10.65 MJ/kg,CP:11.83%。第三階段按體重36 kg,日增重200 g育肥羔羊營(yíng)養(yǎng)需要為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),試驗(yàn)1組DE:7.08 MJ/kg,CP:8.04%;試驗(yàn)2組DE:8.09 MJ/kg,CP:9.19%;試驗(yàn)3組DE:9.10 MJ/kg,CP:10.34%;試驗(yàn)4組DE:10.11 MJ/kg,CP:11.49%。每個(gè)階段設(shè)置84%標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、96%標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、108%標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和120%標(biāo)準(zhǔn)營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平日糧。在每個(gè)階段飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)?zāi)┢诓捎萌占S法進(jìn)行為期10 d(前7 d為預(yù)試期)的消化代謝試驗(yàn),每個(gè)階段結(jié)束時(shí)對(duì)試驗(yàn)羊用一次性采血針進(jìn)行頸靜脈采血。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:(1)第一階段,平均日增重試驗(yàn)4組比試驗(yàn)3組高12.80%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)2組高27.96%(P0.01),比試驗(yàn)1組高31.77%(P0.01)。第二階段,試驗(yàn)4組比3組高15.66%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)2組高21.36%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)1組高34.73%(P0.05)。第三階段,試驗(yàn)4組比試驗(yàn)3組高22.10%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)2組高33.60%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)1組高41.46%(P0.05)。隨著日糧營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平的升高,灘羊的日增重逐漸增加,日采食量先上升后下降,而料肉比呈下降趨勢(shì)。(2)隨著日糧營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平的提高,每個(gè)試驗(yàn)階段灘羊體高、管?chē)、胸圍、體斜長(zhǎng)、尾寬、尾長(zhǎng)和尾基部的平均日增長(zhǎng)逐漸增加,其中體高、胸圍、體斜長(zhǎng)和尾部變化明顯。每個(gè)試驗(yàn)階段營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平最高組即試驗(yàn)4組增長(zhǎng)最快,效果較好。(3)第一階段,養(yǎng)分消化率試驗(yàn)4組CP比試驗(yàn)3組高5.71%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)2組高12.01%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)1組高21.75%(P0.05);試驗(yàn)4組GE比試驗(yàn)3組高8.76%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)2組高20.96%(P0.01),比試驗(yàn)1組高25.62%(P0.01)。第二階段,試驗(yàn)4組CP比試驗(yàn)3組高8.35%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)2組高9.49%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)一組高18.47%(P0.05);試驗(yàn)4組GE比試驗(yàn)3組高12.41%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)2組高8.29%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)1組高18.02%(P0.01)。第三階段,試驗(yàn)4組CP比試驗(yàn)3組高3.47%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)2組高8.04%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)1組高15.27%(P0.05);試驗(yàn)4組GE比試驗(yàn)3組高14.14%(P0.01),比試驗(yàn)2組高18.25%(P0.01),比試驗(yàn)1組高24.90%(P0.01)。每個(gè)試驗(yàn)階段DM、CP、GE、NDF和ADF養(yǎng)分消化率隨著日糧營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平的升高而增加。(4)每個(gè)試驗(yàn)階段血清中TP、GLU和TC各組之間存在差異,其他指標(biāo)各組之間差異不顯著。隨著日糧營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平的提高,血清BUN和GLU指標(biāo)逐漸增大。血清激素濃度隨營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平的提高呈上升趨勢(shì)。(5)第一階段,試驗(yàn)4組毛收益比試驗(yàn)3組高0.66元(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)2組高1.48元(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)1組高1.52元(P0.05)。第二階段,試驗(yàn)4組比試驗(yàn)3組高0.7元(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)2組高0.59元(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)1組高1.55元(P0.05)。第三階段,試驗(yàn)4組比試驗(yàn)3組高0.85元(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)2組高1.33元(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)1組高0.92元(P0.05)。每個(gè)試驗(yàn)階段隨著日糧營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平的提高增重效益和毛收益逐漸增加。(6)在本試驗(yàn)條件下,每個(gè)試驗(yàn)階段的營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平最高組試驗(yàn)4組育肥效果最好,效益最高,即120%標(biāo)準(zhǔn)營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平日糧。第一階段:DE:11.32 MJ/kg,CP:14.15%;第二階段:DE:10.65 MJ/kg,CP:11.83%;第三階段:DE:10.11 MJ/kg,CP:11.49%。
[Abstract]:In this study, the effects of different energy and protein levels on the growth performance, nutrient digestibility, blood biochemical indexes and economic benefits of Ningxia beach sheep were preliminarily studied in this study, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the high efficient fattening technology of the beach sheep. The experiment selected about 4 month old beach sheep with good health condition and close weight, 112 The single factor randomized trial was designed and divided randomly into 4 treatment groups, each treated group with 4 repetitions (2 rams repeats and 2 ewes repeated groups), each repeated 7 sheep. At the end of each stage, full feces method was used to carry out the digestion and metabolism test for 10 d (pre 7 d pre trial period). At the end of each stage, the experimental sheep used the primary blood collection needle for the jugular vein blood collection. The results showed: (1) ) in the first stage, the average daily weight gain test was 12.80% (P0.05) higher than the test 3 group, 27.96% (P0.01) higher than that of the test group, 31.77% (P0.01) higher than the test 1 group (P0.01). The second stage was higher than the 3 group, and the 4 group was higher than the 3 group (P0.05), higher than the experimental 2 group (P0.05), and higher than the experimental group (P0.05). The test group was higher than the experimental group (P0.05), and compared with the experiment. The height of 33.60% (P0.05) was 41.46% (P0.05) higher than that of the test 1. With the increase of dietary nutrition level, the daily weight gain of the beaches increased gradually, the daily feed intake first rose and then declined, while the ratio of feed to meat decreased. (2) with the increase of dietary nutrition level, the body height, tube circumference, length of body, tail width, tail length and tail base of each test stage were higher. The average daily growth increased gradually, including body height, chest circumference, body slope length and tail change obviously. The highest level of nutrition in each test stage was the fastest growth and better effect. (3) the first stage, the nutrient digestibility test 4 groups CP CP ratio test 3 higher 5.71% (P0.05), higher than the test 2 group 12.01% (P0.05), 21.75% (P0.05) higher than the test 1 group (P0.05); Experiment 4 GE A higher 8.76% (P0.05) than the test group was 20.96% (P0.01) higher than the test group (P0.01), 25.62% (P0.01) higher than the test 1. The 4 groups of CP were 8.35% (P0.05) higher than the experimental 3 group (P0.05), higher than the experimental group 2, and 2 higher than the test group (P0.05); the experimental group of GE was higher than the test group (P0.05), higher than the test group (P0.05), and higher than the test group (P). 0.01. In the third stage, the 4 groups of CP in the test group were 3.47% (P0.05) higher than those in the test group, 8.04% (P0.05) higher than the 2 group (P0.05), and 4 groups of GE higher than the experimental group 3, 14.14% (P0.01), higher than the experimental 2 groups (P0.01), higher than those of the experimental group (P0.01). (4) there was a difference between TP, GLU and TC in each test stage, and the difference between the other indexes was not significant. With the increase of dietary nutrition level, the serum BUN and GLU index increased gradually. The serum hormone concentration increased with the increase of nutrition level. (5) the first stage, the 4 groups of wool yield compared with the test group 3 higher. 0.66 yuan (P0.05) was 1.48 yuan (P0.05) higher than that of the test group, 1.52 yuan (P0.05) higher than test 1. The 4 groups were 0.7 yuan (P0.05) higher than the test 3, higher than 2 group (P0.05) and 1.55 yuan (P0.05) higher than test 2 (P0.05). The experimental group was higher than the experimental group (P0.05), and higher than the test group (P0.05), which was higher than the test group. Yuan (P0.05). The benefit of weight gain and gross profit increased gradually with the increase of dietary nutrition level in each experimental stage. (6) under the conditions of this experiment, the best nutrition level of the 4 groups in each test stage was the best, that is, the 120% standard nutrition level diet. The first stage: DE:11.32 MJ/kg, CP:14.15%; the second stage: DE:10.65 MJ/kg, CP:11.83%; third stage: DE:10.11 MJ/kg, CP:11.49%.
