鹽地堿蓬對生豬育肥和血液生化指標影響的試驗研究

【摘要】:本試驗對鹽地堿蓬能否作為生豬飼料及合適的添加比例進行了研究。選用相同體重大白與本地豬雜交后代96頭進行42 d的飼養(yǎng)試驗,豬群隨機分為4組,每組24頭分3個重復,公母各半,其中對照組飼喂基礎飼糧;試驗1、2、3組分別在基礎日糧中添加1.0%、2.0%、3.0%的鹽地堿蓬,旨在為堿蓬在生豬飼料中的合理應用提供理論依據。結果顯示:添加不同比例的鹽地堿蓬可提高生豬的日增重(P0.05);降低飼料消耗(P0.05);降低血液甘油三酯水平(P0.05);添加不同比例的鹽地堿蓬組在飼料費用、血液尿素氮濃度、血紅蛋白含量、紅細胞數等方面差異不顯著。結果表明:添加適量鹽地堿蓬能提高生豬育肥性能和經濟效益,并有助于提高機體免疫力。
[Abstract]:The experiment was conducted to study whether Suaeda salsa can be used as feed for live pigs and its appropriate proportion. 96 crossbred offspring of the same body weight big white and local pigs were selected for 42 days feeding experiment. The pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group 24 heads were divided into 3 replicates, male and female half, among which the control group was fed with basic diet. In experiment 1, group 1, group 2 and group 2 were supplemented with 1.0% and 2.0% of salsa respectively in basal diet, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the rational application of Suaeda salsa in live pig feed. The results showed that adding different proportion of Suaeda salsa could increase daily gain of live pigs (P0.05N), reduce feed consumption (P0.05N), reduce blood triglyceride level (P0.05N), and add different proportion of Suaeda salsa group in feed cost, blood urea nitrogen concentration and hemoglobin content. There was no significant difference in the number of red blood cells. The results showed that the addition of Suaeda salsa could improve the fattening performance and economic benefit of pig, and help to improve the body immunity.
