【摘要】：貓泛白細(xì)胞減少癥(FP)是由貓泛白細(xì)胞減少癥病毒(FPV)引起的貓科動(dòng)物的急性高度接觸性傳染病,臨床上常以發(fā)熱、嘔吐、腹瀉、脫水、腸炎以及白細(xì)胞極度減少為主要特征。本病傳播速度快,對(duì)貓科動(dòng)物危害極大。近年來,西安地區(qū)家養(yǎng)貓數(shù)量不斷增加,患FP的病例也隨之增多。為了解西安地區(qū)家養(yǎng)貓F(tuán)PV感染和發(fā)病情況,為本病的防控提供基礎(chǔ)資料,2013年7月~2015年7月,用貓泛白細(xì)胞減少癥病毒檢測試劑盒,對(duì)西安市部分寵物(動(dòng)物)醫(yī)院接診的疑似FP病貓的467份糞便進(jìn)行FPV檢測,共檢出陽性樣品71份,占15.2%(71/467),其中2013年5份,2014年57份,2015年9份;陽性患貓中未免疫接種FPV疫苗的有70份,占98.6%(70/71)。確診病例中47.9%(34/71)臨床出現(xiàn)嘔吐癥狀,71.8%(51/71)出現(xiàn)腹瀉癥狀。血液分析發(fā)現(xiàn),84.51%的FPV感染貓的白細(xì)胞低于正常值;對(duì)71個(gè)患貓進(jìn)行對(duì)癥和支持治療后存活率為83.1%(59/71)。
[Abstract]:Feline panleukopenia (FPV) is an acute and highly contagious disease in cats caused by panleukopenia virus (FPVV). It is characterized by fever, vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, enteritis and extreme leukopenia. The disease spreads fast and does great harm to cats. In recent years, the number of domestic cats in Xi'an has been increasing, and the number of FP cases has also increased. In order to understand the infection and incidence of FPV in domestic cats in Xi'an area and to provide basic information for prevention and control of the disease, a kit for detecting panleukopenia virus in cats was used from July 2013 to July 2015. A total of 467 faeces from suspected FP cats received in some pet (animal) hospitals in Xi'an were tested for FPV. A total of 71 positive samples were detected, accounting for 15. 2% of them, 5 in 2013, 57 in 2014 and 9 in 2015. Of the positive cats, 70 were not immunized with FPV vaccine, accounting for 98.66% of 70 / 71%. In the confirmed cases, 47.9% of them had clinical symptoms of vomiting, 71.8% and 51% of 71%) with diarrhea. Blood analysis showed that 84.51% of the cats infected with FPV had lower white blood cells than normal, and the survival rate of 71 cats after symptomatic and supportive treatment was 83.1% or 59%.
