本文選題：綠色發(fā)展 + 草原牧區(qū)��； 參考：《黑龍江畜牧獸醫(yī)》2017年20期

【摘要】：為應(yīng)對(duì)全球前所未有的資源環(huán)境約束和現(xiàn)實(shí)發(fā)展困境,實(shí)施綠色發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略已成為世界各國(guó)的共識(shí),也是中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求和必然選擇,草原牧區(qū)也不例外。筆者通過(guò)對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)典型牧區(qū)正藍(lán)旗的實(shí)地調(diào)研和相關(guān)資料分析,認(rèn)為草原牧區(qū)在綠色發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在草原畜牧業(yè)組織化程度低、農(nóng)畜產(chǎn)品龍頭企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度低、旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)力度不足等問(wèn)題,從而提出草原牧區(qū)應(yīng)在遵循無(wú)污染、低消耗、節(jié)約資源、自我循環(huán)等原則的基礎(chǔ)上,大力發(fā)展綠色畜牧業(yè),實(shí)施"生態(tài)旅游+文化"戰(zhàn)略,積極開(kāi)發(fā)利用太陽(yáng)能、風(fēng)能等清潔能源等對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:In order to cope with the unprecedented global resource and environment constraints and realistic development dilemma, the implementation of green development strategy has become the consensus of all countries in the world, and is also the inherent requirement and inevitable choice of China's economic and social sustainable development, and the grassland pastoral area is no exception. Based on the field investigation and data analysis of Zhenglan Banner in typical pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, the author thinks that grassland animal husbandry has a low degree of organization and industrialization of leading enterprises of agricultural and livestock products in the process of green development. On the basis of following the principles of no pollution, low consumption, saving resources and self circulation, the grassland pastoral areas should vigorously develop green animal husbandry and implement the strategy of "ecotourism culture". Actively develop and utilize clean energy such as solar energy, wind energy and other countermeasures and suggestions.
