飼糧添加脯氨酸對妊娠環(huán)江香豬體成分的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究飼糧添加脯氨酸對妊娠環(huán)江香豬體成分的影響。選取32頭妊娠15 d的環(huán)江香豬,隨機分為2組,每組8個重復,每個重復2頭豬。2組試驗豬分別飼喂在基礎飼糧中添加0.77%L-丙氨酸(等氮對照組)和1.00%L-脯氨酸(脯氨酸組)的飼糧。分別于妊娠第45和70天時,每個重復選擇1頭母豬屠宰,測定其體成分。結果表明:與等氮對照組相比,妊娠第45天時脯氨酸組環(huán)江香豬的脂肪率顯著降低(P0.05),皮膚率呈增加趨勢(0.05≤P0.10);妊娠第70天時脯氨酸組的脂肪率顯著增加(P0.05),皮膚率呈降低趨勢(0.05≤P0.10),背最長肌中脯氨酸的含量顯著增加(P0.05),精氨酸和丙氨酸的含量呈增加趨勢(0.05≤P0.10)。與妊娠第45天時相比,妊娠第70天時脯氨酸組的脂肪率顯著增加(P0.05),瘦肉率與皮膚率顯著降低(P0.05)。由此可見,飼糧添加脯氨酸可增加妊娠環(huán)江香豬機體脂肪和精氨酸的沉積量,妊娠中期的機體脂肪沉積量比妊娠前期有所增加,從而有利于胎兒的生長發(fā)育。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of dietary proline on body composition of pregnant Huanjiang Xiang pig. Thirty-two Huanjiang Xiang pigs were randomly divided into 2 groups with 8 replicates in each group. Each group of 2 repeated pigs was fed diets supplemented with 0.77L- alanine (isonitrogen control group) and 1.00L- proline (proline group) respectively. On the 45th and 70th day of gestation, one sows were slaughtered and their body composition was determined.
