六脈穴埋線對藏系綿羊心肌電位、瘤胃肌電位及瘤胃張力的影響

【摘要】:為調(diào)整西藏反芻動物的生理功能,干預(yù)高原環(huán)境對動物的不利影響,提高牛羊?qū)︼暡莸母咝Ю。試驗通過六脈穴位埋線,對試驗羊只埋線前后進行心電圖、胃腸電及胃內(nèi)張力等進行描記,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)六脈穴埋線具有促進藏系綿羊血液循環(huán)和緩解心肌過載負荷,調(diào)節(jié)心電軸右偏達40°的作用;通過對瘤胃肌電圖分析,埋線后VPP和RA明顯降低,瘤胃內(nèi)張力降低1/3。結(jié)果表明,六脈穴埋線具有緩解右心室肥大,降低瘤胃張力,改善藏系綿羊的胃腸和心血管功能,保障飼草在瘤胃中充分的消化時間。
[Abstract]:In order to adjust the physiological function of ruminants in Tibet, to interfere with the adverse effects of plateau environment on animals, and to improve the efficient utilization of forage grass by cattle and sheep. Electrocardiogram (ECG), gastrointestinal electricity and stomach tension were recorded before and after embedding thread at six veins. The results showed that the catgut embedding at six veins could promote blood circulation and relieve overload of myocardium in Tibetan sheep. Through the analysis of rumen electromyography, VPP and RA were significantly decreased and the tension of rumen decreased by 1 / 3. The results showed that Liu-mai catgut embedding could relieve right ventricular hypertrophy, reduce rumen tension, improve gastrointestinal and cardiovascular function of Tibetan sheep, and ensure adequate digestion time of forage in rumen.
