日糧NDF水平對(duì)斷奶獺兔血液免疫細(xì)胞與腸道特性的影響

【摘要】:研究日糧中性洗滌纖維(NDF)水平對(duì)斷奶獺兔血液免疫細(xì)胞、小腸分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)、盲腸微生物及盲腸pH的影響,為揭示日糧NDF和腸道健康關(guān)系和斷奶獺兔日糧的配制提供理論依據(jù)。選擇35日齡體重差異不顯著的斷奶獺兔56只,隨機(jī)分成4組,每組14只(每只為一個(gè)重復(fù))。分別飼喂NDF水平為29%,33%,37%,41%的日糧。預(yù)試7d,正式試驗(yàn)28d。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后各組隨機(jī)選取6只屠宰采樣,測量血液及腸道各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,隨著日糧NDF水平提高,斷奶獺兔白細(xì)胞數(shù)無顯著差異(P0.05);血液淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)上升(P0.05);十二指腸和空腸sIgA+細(xì)胞數(shù)顯著增加(P0.05);盲腸總細(xì)菌數(shù)無顯著差異(P0.05);擬桿菌數(shù)先增加后減少,33%組顯著高于其他各組(P0.05);乳酸菌和大腸桿菌數(shù)降低,且乳酸菌29%組顯著高于37%組和41%組(P0.05),大腸桿菌41%組顯著低于29%和33%組(P0.05);盲腸pH值升高;腹瀉率和死亡率降低。日糧NDF水平提高對(duì)斷奶獺兔的腸道健康有利,NDF 41%組斷奶獺兔腸道最健康。
[Abstract]:To study the effects of dietary neutral detergent fiber (NDF) levels on blood immune cells, intestinal secretory immunoglobulin A (IgA), cecal microbes and cecum pH in weaned rex rabbits. To reveal the relationship between dietary NDF and intestinal health and the preparation of weaning rex rabbit diet. Fifty-six weaned rex rabbits with no significant difference in body weight at 35 days old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 14 rabbits in each group. The NDF level was 29%, 33% and 41% respectively. After 7 days of pre-test, 28 days of formal test were conducted. At the end of the experiment, 6 slaughtering samples were randomly selected to measure the blood and intestinal indexes. The results showed that, with the increase of dietary NDF level, There was no significant difference in white blood cell count in weaning rex rabbits (P0.05); the number of blood lymphocytes increased (P0.05); the number of Siga cells in duodenum and jejunum increased significantly (P0.05); there was no significant difference in total bacterial count in caecum (P0.05); the number of bacilli increased first, then decreased (33%), which was significantly higher than that in other groups. The number of lactic acid bacteria and Escherichia coli decreased, Lactic acid bacteria 29% group was significantly higher than 37% group and 41% group P0.05, Escherichia coli 41% group was significantly lower than 29% and 33% group P0.05, cecal pH value increased, diarrhea rate and mortality decreased. The increase of dietary NDF level was beneficial to the intestinal health of weaned rex rabbits.
