鵝蛋殼彈性模量與泊松比試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為提供一種更加符合蛋殼結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)特性的測(cè)試蛋殼彈性模量的方法,以鵝蛋殼為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)鵝蛋進(jìn)行軸向壓縮試驗(yàn),獲取赤道部位的經(jīng)向、緯向應(yīng)變與軸向載荷之間的關(guān)系;依據(jù)旋轉(zhuǎn)殼無(wú)矩理論推導(dǎo)出蛋殼彈性模量和泊松比的表達(dá)式,并根據(jù)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)求取試驗(yàn)鵝蛋殼的彈性模量和泊松比。測(cè)得試驗(yàn)鵝蛋殼彈性模量的平均值為47.33GPa,方差為5.68;泊松比平均值為0.411,方差為0.064。本研究所述測(cè)試方法更加符合蛋殼結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)特性,可以為蛋類的生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)輸、加工裝置設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to provide a new method to measure the elastic modulus of egg shell, the axial compression test of goose egg shell was carried out to obtain the relationship between meridional, zonal strain and axial load. The expressions of elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of egg shell are derived according to the theory of rotation shell without moment, and the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the tested goose egg shell are obtained according to the experimental data. The average elastic modulus of eggshell was 47.33 GPA, the variance was 5.68, the average Poisson's ratio was 0.411, and the variance was 0.064. The testing method is more suitable for the mechanical properties of eggshell structure and can be used as a reference for the design of egg production, transportation and processing device.
