【摘要】：正皺胃變位是指皺胃的正常解剖學位置改變。臨床上皺胃變位分三種類型:左方變位:皺胃通過瘤胃下方移到左側(cè)腹腔,置于瘤胃與左側(cè)腹壁之間;前方變位:皺胃向前方扭轉(zhuǎn)(逆時針),置于網(wǎng)胃與膈肌之間;后方變位或右方變位:皺胃向后方扭轉(zhuǎn)(順時針),置于肝臟與右側(cè)腹壁之間。臨床上習慣把左方變位稱之為皺胃變位,把右方變位稱之為皺胃扭轉(zhuǎn)。本病主要發(fā)生于成年奶牛,特別是高產(chǎn)奶牛,尤其多發(fā)于初產(chǎn)奶牛和精料過多的舍飼期間。犢牛也可發(fā)生。約80%
