自然放牧與放牧補飼育肥對肉羊血漿和肌肉中氨基酸組成的影響

【摘要】:本試驗研究了呼倫貝爾羊(HL)和呼倫貝爾羊與杜泊羊雜交1代(HZ)羔羊在自然放牧(NG)與放牧補飼(GS)2種不同育肥方式下,其血漿和肌肉組織(背最長肌、臂三頭肌、股二頭肌)中氨基酸(AA)組成的變化。采用2×2完全隨機試驗設計,選擇體重、體況接近的健康4月齡斷奶HL和HZ公羔各60只。因素1為育肥方式,分為NG與GS;因素2為品種,分為HL與HZ。共分為4組,每組30只。進行為期60 d的育肥。結(jié)果表明:1)NG組血漿中必需氨基酸(EAA)、限制性氨基酸(LAA)、功能性氨基酸(FAA)和總氨基酸(TAA)含量顯著低于GS組(P0.05),呈味氨基酸(DAA)含量有低于GS組趨勢(0.05≤P0.10)。2)與GS組相比,NG組背最長肌中粗蛋白質(zhì)(CP)、LAA含量顯著升高(P0.05)。3)與GS組相比,NG組臂三頭肌中LAA和DAA含量顯著降低(P0.05),EAA含量均有降低的趨勢(0.05≤P0.10)。4)NG組股二頭肌中CP、EAA、NEAA、TAA、LAA、BCAA、DAA含量顯著低于GS組(P0.05)。5)與HL組相比,HZ組血漿EAA,背最長肌LAA,臂三頭肌BCAA和股二頭肌EAA含量顯著(P0.05)或有顯著趨勢升高(P0.10)。由此可見,GS羔羊肉蛋白質(zhì)營養(yǎng)價值優(yōu)于NG,HZ羔羊肉蛋白質(zhì)營養(yǎng)價值優(yōu)于HL羔羊。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, the plasma and muscle tissue (longissimus dorsi muscle, triceps arm muscle) of Hulunbeir sheep and HZ-1 crossbred sheep of Hulunbeir sheep were studied under two different fattening methods: natural grazing (NGN) and grazing supplementation with GSN.
