【摘要】：為探討復(fù)方中藥英黃散水煎液對(duì)奶牛乳房炎致病菌的抑菌能力及抗炎效果,首先對(duì)乳房炎患牛奶中的致病菌分離鑒定,通過牛津杯法進(jìn)行藥敏試驗(yàn),采用常量肉湯稀釋法測定英黃散對(duì)不同致病菌的最小抑菌濃度和最小殺菌濃度;將小鼠隨機(jī)分為英黃散低、中、高劑量組,阿司匹林藥物組,空白對(duì)照組,然后開展二甲苯致小鼠耳廓腫脹試驗(yàn)、小鼠棉球致肉芽腫試驗(yàn)、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛細(xì)血管通透性變化試驗(yàn),觀察英黃散的抗炎作用。結(jié)果,經(jīng)分離鑒定,得到3種致病菌,分別為無乳鏈球菌、金黃色葡萄球菌和大腸桿菌;這3種致病菌對(duì)英黃散均具有一定的敏感性;其最小抑菌濃度依次為31.25、62.5、125 mg/m L;最小殺菌濃度依次為62.5、125、250 mg/m L�？寡自囼�(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,與空白對(duì)照組相比,英黃散高劑量組及阿司匹林藥物組能明顯減輕小鼠耳廓腫脹度且差異極顯著(P0.01),中劑量組差異顯著(P0.05);英黃散高劑量組與阿司匹林組小鼠腹腔滲透液吸光度明顯低于空白對(duì)照組且差異極顯著(P0.01),中劑量組差異顯著(P0.05);英黃散低劑量組及阿司匹林組肉芽腫增重明顯低于空白對(duì)照組且差異極顯著(P0.01),中劑量組差異顯著(P0.05)。上述結(jié)果表明,英黃散具有良好的抑菌能力及抗炎效果。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bacteriostasis ability and anti-inflammatory effect of Yinghuang Powder decoction, a compound Chinese medicine, the pathogenic bacteria in mastitis milk were isolated and identified firstly, and the drug sensitivity test was carried out by Oxford Cup method. The minimal inhibitory concentration and minimal bactericidal concentration of Yinghuang Powder against different pathogenic bacteria were determined by the method of constant broth dilution, and mice were randomly divided into low, medium, high dose, aspirin group and blank control group. Then the mice auricle swelling test induced by xylene, the granuloma test induced by cotton ball in mice, the capillary permeability test of mice induced by acetic acid were carried out, and the anti-inflammatory effect of Yinghuang powder was observed. Results: after isolation and identification, three kinds of pathogenic bacteria were obtained, which were streptococcus acuminata, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, all of which were sensitive to Yinghuangsan. The minimum inhibitory concentration and bactericidal concentration were 31.25 mg/m / L and 62.5125250 mg/m / L, respectively. The results of anti-inflammatory test showed that, compared with the blank control group, The high dose group and aspirin group could obviously reduce the auricle swelling of mice, and the difference was very significant (P 0.01), and the difference between the middle dose group and the middle dose group was significant (P 0.05), and the absorbance of osmotic fluid of mice in the high dose group and aspirin group was significantly lower than that in the aspirin group. The difference was significant in the blank control group (P 0.01) and in the middle dose group (P 0.05), the weight gain of granuloma in the low dose group and aspirin group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group and the difference was very significant (P 0.01), and the difference in the middle dose group was significant (P 0.05). The results showed that Yinghuang Powder had good bacteriostasis and anti-inflammatory effect.
