【摘要】：受精是一個非常靈巧、獨特的和有時也很"棘手"的過程,包括一些必不可少的步驟,最后形成受精卵。在受精過程中卵透明帶具有重要作用,卵透明帶內(nèi)含有許多種糖蛋白并能識別精子進行與卵子識別再融合。精子受體是指這些能識別精子的卵透明帶內(nèi)的糖蛋白,在受精和早期胚胎發(fā)育過程中發(fā)揮各種功能。文章主要針對卵透明帶內(nèi)的精子受體與受精過程進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Fertilization is a very dexterous, unique and sometimes "tricky" process that involves essential steps to form the fertilized egg. Zona pellucida plays an important role in fertilization. It contains many kinds of glycoproteins and can recognize sperm for refusion with egg recognition. Sperm receptors are glycoproteins that recognize sperm in the pellucida and play a variety of roles in fertilization and early embryonic development. This article reviews the sperm receptors and fertilization processes in the zona-pellucida.
