【摘要】：近年來(lái),大量體內(nèi)與體外試驗(yàn)研究表明,紫錐菊及其提取物可以提高機(jī)體的免疫功能,進(jìn)而發(fā)揮抗炎、抗菌及抗病毒作用。紫錐菊及其提取物對(duì)機(jī)體免疫功能的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制可能涉及細(xì)胞表面受體的結(jié)合和相關(guān)信號(hào)通路的活化以及免疫相關(guān)因子的表達(dá)。本文現(xiàn)將近年來(lái)體內(nèi)和體外試驗(yàn)中紫錐菊及其提取物調(diào)節(jié)免疫功能的相關(guān)研究及可能的作用機(jī)制做簡(jiǎn)要概述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, a large number of experiments in vivo and in vitro show that echinacea and its extracts can improve the immune function of the body, and then play an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-viral effects. The regulatory mechanism of echinacea and its extracts on immune function may involve the binding of cell surface receptors, activation of related signal pathways and expression of immune-related factors. In this paper, the related studies and possible mechanisms of immune regulation of echinacea and its extracts in vivo and in vitro were reviewed.
