種鵝舍環(huán)境智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研制和試驗

【摘要】:針對種鵝反季節(jié)繁殖生產(chǎn)中硬件設備功能低下、難以實施舍內(nèi)環(huán)境操作的適時精細調(diào)控、難以獲取記錄舍內(nèi)環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)進行問題溯源等問題,提出一種專門應用于種鵝反季節(jié)繁殖生產(chǎn)舍的環(huán)境智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)通過BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡建立溫濕度智能調(diào)控模型,取代人工手動操作以滿足舍內(nèi)環(huán)境要求。通過GPRS模塊無線傳輸舍內(nèi)環(huán)境參數(shù),并利用其GSM功能通過移動終端遠程控制風機、照明、水泵等設備。以EXT、Hibernate和Spring為基本框架技術,構建了輕量級、強壯的多級緩存的J2EE企業(yè)級Web應用程序,實現(xiàn)鵝舍環(huán)境參數(shù)的遠程監(jiān)控,并與現(xiàn)有商用人工控制器進行了現(xiàn)場試驗和性能對比。試驗結果表明:該智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)長期運行穩(wěn)定、可靠,能夠滿足鵝反季節(jié)繁殖對光照和溫濕度的環(huán)境調(diào)控要求。與人工粗略控制、上海梵龍的畜禽控制器相比,控制精度分別提高5.49%和2.83%。在夏季風機濕簾負壓通風降溫時測定的舍內(nèi)溫度相對于設定值的均方根誤差分別為0.202、0.494、0.372℃,相對濕度相對于設定值的均方根誤差分別為1.745%、3.166%、2.621%,控制效果顯著優(yōu)于人工粗略控制和現(xiàn)有控制器(P0.05)。在精準的光照調(diào)控下,種鵝均能按預期的時間開產(chǎn),并在高峰期長期維持產(chǎn)蛋率35%~45%,表現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)定、良好的產(chǎn)蛋性能。
[Abstract]:In view of the low function of the hardware equipment in the off-season breeding production of goose breeding, it is difficult to carry out the timely and fine control of the environmental operation in the shed, and it is difficult to obtain the environmental data in the house and trace the problem to the source, and so on. This paper presents an environment intelligent monitoring system which is specially used in the breeding house of breeding geese. The intelligent control model of temperature and humidity is established by BP neural network instead of manual operation to meet the environmental requirements. Wireless transmission of environmental parameters through the GPRS module, and the use of its GSM function through the mobile terminal remote control of fans, lighting, water pumps and other equipment. Based on Ext hibernate and Spring as the basic frame technology, a lightweight and strong multilevel cache J2EE enterprise Web application program is constructed to realize remote monitoring of environment parameters of geese shed, and the field test and performance comparison with existing commercial artificial controller are carried out. The test results show that the intelligent monitoring system is stable and reliable for a long time and can meet the requirements of environment regulation of light and temperature and humidity for off-season breeding of geese. Compared with the manual rough control, the control precision of Shanghai Fanlong's livestock and poultry controller was increased by 5.49% and 2.83%, respectively.
