【摘要】：研究旨在探討牛膝多糖(APBS)對斷奶仔豬血清礦物元素的影響。選取體重和遺傳基礎相近的25日齡杜長大(DLY)斷奶仔豬36頭,隨機分成對照組和2個試驗組,每組3個重復,每個重復4頭仔豬(公母比為1∶1),分別喂給添加牛膝多糖0mg/kg(對照組)、600mg/kg(試驗組I)APBS和1200mg/kg(試驗組Ⅱ)APBS的日糧。預試期4d,正試期28d。結果表明:牛膝多糖對斷奶仔豬血清鈣、鉀濃度無顯著性影響(P0.05);試驗組Ⅱ血清磷濃度顯著高于對照組和試驗組I(P0.05);試驗組Ⅱ血清氯濃度顯著低于對照組和試驗組I(P0.05),但試驗組I和對照組血清氯濃度差異不顯著(P0.05);試驗組Ⅰ血清堿性磷酸酶活性顯著高于對照組和試驗組Ⅱ(P0.05);試驗組Ⅱ血清銅藍蛋白濃度顯著高于對照組和試驗組I(P0.05),但試驗組Ⅰ血清銅藍蛋白濃度低于對照組(P=0.055)。試驗組Ⅰ、Ⅱ血清鐵濃度顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。綜上所述,牛膝多糖能夠調節(jié)斷奶仔豬血清礦物質穩(wěn)衡,改善仔豬健康狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of APBS on serum mineral elements in weaned piglets. Thirty-six weaned piglets of 25 days old DLY with similar body weight and genetic basis were randomly divided into two groups: control group and two experimental groups with 3 replicates in each group. Each repeated 4 piglets (male / female = 1: 1) were fed diets supplemented with Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides 0 mg / kg (control group: 600 mg / kg) (I)APBS and 1200 mg / kg). The pre-test period was 4 days, and the positive test period was 28 days. The results showed that the effect of Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides on serum calcium in weaned piglets. There was no significant effect of potassium concentration on P0.05A, serum phosphorus concentration in test group 鈪，
