【摘要】:氧化應(yīng)激是造成畜禽機(jī)體損傷的重要原因之一,刺五加黃酮是刺五加莖皮中抗氧化功能的主要有效成分。本試驗(yàn)在單因素的基礎(chǔ)上,采用Box-Behnken Design響應(yīng)面法對(duì)刺五加莖皮中黃酮的超聲輔助醇提工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:刺五加莖皮中刺五加黃酮的最佳超聲提取工藝是超聲功率400 W,提取時(shí)間45 min,提取溫度65℃,刺五加黃酮的最大理論提取率為3.80%。
[Abstract]:Oxidative stress is one of the important causes of injury in livestock and poultry. Flavonoids of Acanthopanax senticosus is the main effective component of antioxidant function in stem skin of Acanthopanax senticosus. On the basis of single factor, Box-Behnken Design response surface method was used to optimize the ultrasonic assisted ethanol extraction process of flavonoids from stem skin of Acanthopanax senticosus (Acanthopanax senticosus). The results showed that the best ultrasonic extraction technology of Acanthopanax senticosus flavonoids from stem skin of Acanthopanax senticosus was as follows: ultrasonic power 400 W, extraction time 45 min, extraction temperature 65 鈩,
