【摘要】：試驗(yàn)以籽粒莧為材料,在青貯中分別添加乳酸菌制劑、葡萄糖和甲酸3種添加劑,研究不同的處理方式對(duì)籽粒莧青貯動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)酵品質(zhì)以及營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分的影響,以明確青貯添加劑對(duì)粒莧青貯的作用,為籽粒莧青貯飼料的合理利用提供研究途徑。試驗(yàn)設(shè)5個(gè)處理組:對(duì)照組,不加任何添加劑;乳酸菌制劑組,按1kg乳酸菌制劑調(diào)制3~4t籽粒莧鮮草裝罐;葡萄糖組,添加量為30g/kg;乳酸菌制劑和葡萄糖組,添加量與單獨(dú)添加時(shí)一致;甲酸組,添加量為5g/kg。在發(fā)酵第1,3,9,30和57天分別開罐取樣,檢測(cè)樣品中pH、乳酸、氨態(tài)氮、干物質(zhì)、粗蛋白和中性洗滌纖維等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,在籽粒莧青貯同時(shí)加入乳酸菌制劑和葡萄糖可以快速發(fā)酵,產(chǎn)生大量乳酸,迅速降低青貯pH值,顯著降低乙酸、中性洗滌纖維含量和氨態(tài)氮/總氮(P0.05),并能顯著提高干物質(zhì)和粗蛋白含量(P0.05);加入甲酸可以顯著降低乙酸含量(P0.05),對(duì)干物質(zhì)含量沒有明顯影響(P0.05)。綜上所述,籽粒莧通過(guò)制作青貯飼料可以保存營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分,與籽粒莧自然青貯相比,籽粒莧青貯時(shí)加入上述青貯添加劑均可不同程度的改善青貯品質(zhì),同時(shí)加入乳酸菌和葡萄糖對(duì)青貯改善效果最佳。
[Abstract]:Three additives, lactic acid bacteria, glucose and formic acid, were added to the silage to study the effects of different treatments on the dynamic fermentation quality and nutrient components of the silage. In order to clarify the effect of silage additive on amaranth silage, this paper provides a research approach for the rational utilization of grain amaranth silage. The experiment was divided into five treatment groups: control group, without any additive; lactic acid bacteria preparation group, which was prepared with 1kg lactic acid bacteria preparation, 3 ~ 4t fresh amaranth pot; glucose group, 30 g / kg; lactic acid bacteria preparation and glucose group; In the formic acid group, the addition amount was 5 g / kg. The pH, lactic acid, ammonia nitrogen, dry matter, crude protein and neutral washing fiber were detected at 30 and 57 days after fermentation. The results showed that lactic acid bacteria and glucose could be added to the silage of amaranth seed at the same time to produce a large amount of lactic acid and reduce the pH value of the silage and acetic acid significantly. The content of neutral detergent fiber and ammonia nitrogen / total nitrogen can increase the content of dry matter and crude protein, and the addition of formic acid can significantly reduce the content of acetic acid and P0.05N, but have no effect on the content of dry matter. In conclusion, grain amaranth can preserve nutrient components by making silage. Compared with natural silage, grain amaranth silage can improve the quality of silage by adding the above-mentioned silage additives to different extent. The effect of lactic acid bacteria and glucose on silage improvement was the best.
