【摘要】：體溫是動物體的重要生理特性,蛋雞作為一種恒溫動物,可以用其體內(nèi)溫度判斷其健康狀態(tài),但體表溫度與其健康狀況的關(guān)系還未有研究。本研究應(yīng)用紅外熱像儀對不同環(huán)境溫度下病理與健康個體的體表溫度進(jìn)行測量,通過比較兩者頭部與腿/足部的最高溫度和平均溫度,得出體表溫度與蛋雞健康狀態(tài)之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)一步分析得出最能反映病理狀態(tài)溫度變化的體表區(qū)域。試驗結(jié)果:病理與健康個體的頭部與腿/足部溫度均存在差異,最大溫差為6.9℃,且腿/足部存在急劇的溫差變化。試驗表明,應(yīng)用紅外熱像儀得到的蛋雞腿/足部的表面溫度可以用于判斷其是否出現(xiàn)病理反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Body temperature is an important physiological characteristic of animals. As a kind of thermostatic animal, laying hens can judge their health status by their body temperature, but the relationship between body surface temperature and their health status has not been studied. In this study, infrared thermography was used to measure the body surface temperature of pathological and healthy individuals at different ambient temperatures, and the maximum and average temperatures of head and leg / foot were compared. The relationship between the body surface temperature and the healthy state of laying hens was obtained.
