【摘要】:在我國(guó)畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)正逐步向規(guī)模化和集約化發(fā)展,并已開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)大型的綜合性養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)。營(yíng)造一個(gè)健康的養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境對(duì)保證畜禽產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量起著至關(guān)重要的作用,因?yàn)榱己玫酿B(yǎng)殖環(huán)境在保證一個(gè)適宜畜禽生長(zhǎng)環(huán)境的同時(shí)還可以有效降低畜禽疫病的發(fā)生,促進(jìn)畜禽的健康成長(zhǎng)和提高相關(guān)畜禽產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量。在畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)中,軸流風(fēng)機(jī)、降溫濕簾以及日光燈等環(huán)境調(diào)控設(shè)備因具有良好的調(diào)控效果,已經(jīng)被廣泛地使用,但養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)環(huán)境調(diào)控設(shè)備的控制方式目前大多還是依靠管理人員的操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),采用人工和機(jī)電相結(jié)合的簡(jiǎn)單控制方式,缺乏系統(tǒng)的控制方法,自動(dòng)化水平較低,無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足養(yǎng)殖業(yè)規(guī);l(fā)展的需要。近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)的專(zhuān)家學(xué)者已逐漸開(kāi)始研究關(guān)于養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)環(huán)境自動(dòng)控制的技術(shù),利用計(jì)算機(jī)、單片機(jī)、無(wú)線(xiàn)傳感器技術(shù)以及現(xiàn)代控制算法等方式來(lái)構(gòu)建環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)環(huán)境的自動(dòng)控制。本研究在詳細(xì)研究畜禽養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)的環(huán)境控制要求,提出了一種基于Lab VIEW的養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)利用模擬量采集模塊采集環(huán)境參數(shù)變送器的信息并發(fā)送至計(jì)算機(jī),經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)的算法處理后將控制指令發(fā)送到單片機(jī),由單片機(jī)控制相應(yīng)環(huán)境調(diào)控設(shè)備的開(kāi)啟和關(guān)閉。系統(tǒng)利用Lab VIEW軟件為設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),開(kāi)發(fā)了支持Modbus協(xié)議的上位機(jī)軟件,其最大的特點(diǎn)是能與任意支持Modbus協(xié)議的數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊建立組網(wǎng)通信,這使得本系統(tǒng)的具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性和互換性,可用于實(shí)現(xiàn)多個(gè)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)的組網(wǎng)監(jiān)控;系統(tǒng)采用Modbus模擬量數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊采集各變送器輸出的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電流信號(hào),無(wú)需增加外部信號(hào)處理電路及AD轉(zhuǎn)換硬件電路,系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、穩(wěn)定;系統(tǒng)具有模糊PID控制算法和溫濕指數(shù)控制算法兩種控制方法,模糊PID算法將模糊控制與PID控制結(jié)合起來(lái),綜合兩者的優(yōu)點(diǎn)可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)封閉式養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)環(huán)境的穩(wěn)定調(diào)控;溫濕指數(shù)算法可用于開(kāi)放式養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)的降溫控制。
[Abstract]:In China, livestock and poultry breeding industry is gradually developing to scale and intensive, and has begun to appear large comprehensive farms. Creating a healthy breeding environment plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and output of livestock and poultry products, because a good breeding environment not only ensures a suitable environment for livestock and poultry growth, but also effectively reduces the incidence of livestock and poultry disease. To promote the healthy growth of livestock and poultry and to increase the output of related livestock and poultry products. In livestock and poultry farming, environmental control equipment such as axial flow fans, cooling and wet curtains and fluorescent lamps have been widely used because of their good regulatory effects. However, at present, most of the control methods of the environmental control equipment in the farm still rely on the operation experience of the management personnel, adopt the simple control mode of combining manual and electromechanical, lack of systematic control method, and the level of automation is relatively low. Can not meet the needs of large-scale development of aquaculture. In recent years, domestic experts and scholars have gradually begun to study the technology of automatic control of farm environment, using computer, singlechip, wireless sensor technology and modern control algorithm to construct environment monitoring system. Realize the automatic control of farm environment. Based on the detailed study of livestock and poultry breeding technology, this paper analyzed and compared the current situation of domestic livestock farm environment monitoring system. According to the requirement of farm environment control, a kind of environment monitoring system based on Lab VIEW was put forward. The system uses analog data acquisition module to collect the information of the environmental parameter transmitter and sends it to the computer. After the algorithm of the computer is processed, the control instructions are sent to the single chip microcomputer, and the SCM controls the opening and closing of the corresponding environmental control equipment. Using the Lab VIEW software as the design platform, the system developed the host computer software supporting the Modbus protocol. Its biggest characteristic is that it can set up the network communication with any data acquisition module which supports the Modbus protocol. This makes the system have strong practicability and interchangeability, it can be used to realize the network monitoring of many farms, the system uses Modbus analog data acquisition module to collect the standard current signals from each transmitter. The system has two control methods: fuzzy PID control algorithm and temperature and humidity index control algorithm. Fuzzy PID algorithm combines fuzzy control with PID control. Combining the advantages of the two methods, the stable control of closed farm environment can be realized, and the temperature and humidity index algorithm can be used to control the cooling of open farm.
