【摘要】：在防制細(xì)菌性疾病方面,抗菌藥物起著非常重要的作用,但是隨著抗菌藥物在臨床上的廣泛應(yīng)用,細(xì)菌的耐藥問題日益突出,給臨床治療帶來極大困難。近年來,以中藥抑制細(xì)菌毒力因子控制細(xì)菌感染的治療策略已引起國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。細(xì)菌溶血素是細(xì)菌產(chǎn)生的主要毒力因子之一,隨著研究的不斷深入,開發(fā)溶血素抑制劑成為解決細(xì)菌感染問題的關(guān)鍵�，F(xiàn)針對中藥對細(xì)菌溶血素的抑制作用進(jìn)行綜述,以期為臨床治療細(xì)菌性疾病提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Antimicrobial agents play a very important role in the prevention and control of bacterial diseases. However, with the wide application of antimicrobial agents in clinical practice, the problem of bacterial drug resistance becomes increasingly prominent, which brings great difficulties to clinical treatment. In recent years, the treatment strategy of inhibiting bacterial virulence factor by traditional Chinese medicine has attracted wide attention of scholars at home and abroad. Bacterial hemolysin is one of the main virulence factors produced by bacteria. With the development of research, the development of hemolysin inhibitors is the key to solve the problem of bacterial infection. This paper reviews the inhibitory effect of Chinese medicine on bacterial hemolysin in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of bacterial diseases.
