【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在通過(guò)研究枯草芽孢桿菌制劑對(duì)產(chǎn)蛋后期蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能、蛋品質(zhì)、免疫及腸道菌群的影響,探明其應(yīng)用效果和適宜添加量。試驗(yàn)選用1440只產(chǎn)蛋后期(47周齡)"新楊黑"蛋雞,隨機(jī)分成4組,每組4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)90只雞。對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,3個(gè)試驗(yàn)組在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中分別添加0.25%、0.5%、0.75%的枯草芽孢桿菌制劑(等量的沸石粉被替換),試驗(yàn)期60 d。結(jié)果表明:與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組Ⅰ能顯著提高蛋雞的平均蛋重(P0.05),顯著降低腹瀉率(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組Ⅱ和試驗(yàn)組Ⅲ能顯著提高蛋雞的產(chǎn)蛋率、平均蛋重、蛋黃相對(duì)重、血清Ig A和Ig G含量(P0.05),降低破蛋率、料蛋比和腹瀉率(P0.05);3個(gè)試驗(yàn)組能不同程度的顯著降低盲腸中大腸桿菌數(shù)量(P0.05),提高乳酸菌和雙歧桿菌數(shù)量(P0.05)。結(jié)論:枯草芽孢桿菌制劑可顯著提高產(chǎn)蛋后期蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能、蛋品質(zhì)和免疫,改善腸道健康,且適宜添加劑量為0.5%。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis preparation on the performance, egg quality, immunity and intestinal flora of laying hens in the later stage of laying, and to find out the application effect and the appropriate addition amount of Bacillus subtilis. 1440 (47 weeks old) "Xinyang Black" laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups, 4 replicates in each group and 90 chickens in each replica. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the three experimental groups were fed with 0.25% Bacillus subtilis (0.75%) in the basal diet (the same amount of boiling stone powder was replaced for 60 days).
