復(fù)方板藍(lán)根多糖提取工藝的優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了提高復(fù)方中草藥多糖成分中復(fù)方板藍(lán)根的粗多糖得率,試驗(yàn)采用水提醇沉法對(duì)提取工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,首先采用單因素試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),分別考察液料比、提取溫度、提取時(shí)間和醇液比對(duì)粗多糖提取率的影響;其次在單因素試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過四因素三水平的正交分析試驗(yàn)獲得最佳的提取工藝。結(jié)果表明:單因素優(yōu)化結(jié)果為液料比15∶1、提取溫度70℃、提取時(shí)間1 h、醇液比4∶1;通過正交分析獲得最佳的提取條件為液料比15∶1、提取溫度80℃、提取時(shí)間0.5 h、醇液比4∶1。提取工藝優(yōu)化后,復(fù)方板藍(lán)根的粗多糖得率為10.25%,較優(yōu)化前復(fù)方板藍(lán)根粗多糖得率(6.54%)提高了3.71%。說明本試驗(yàn)可為復(fù)方板藍(lán)根多糖后期開發(fā)利用提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the crude polysaccharide yield of compound Radix Isatidis, the extraction process was optimized by water extraction and alcohol precipitation. The extraction time and ratio of alcohol to liquid affected the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide. Secondly, based on the single factor experiment, the best extraction process was obtained by orthogonal analysis of four factors and three levels.
