不同規(guī)格育雛育成籠對(duì)蛋雞生長(zhǎng)、生產(chǎn)性能和免疫效果的影響

【摘要】:育雛好壞直接影響著雛雞的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育,影響產(chǎn)蛋期生產(chǎn)性能的發(fā)揮。目前對(duì)影響育雛效果的因素研究很多,但關(guān)于雛雞籠具方面的研究卻很少。本試驗(yàn)研究不同規(guī)格育雛育成籠對(duì)蛋雞生長(zhǎng)、生產(chǎn)性能和免疫效果的影響,為蛋雞飼養(yǎng)提供參考。試驗(yàn)一:選取體重接近的1日齡羅曼褐商品蛋雞519只,隨機(jī)分3個(gè)組,置于大、中、小三種規(guī)格育雛育成籠中,分別編號(hào)為A、B、C組,每組173只。進(jìn)籠時(shí)戴上翅號(hào),試驗(yàn)期間通過(guò)加入非試驗(yàn)雞來(lái)保證各組飼養(yǎng)密度相同。試驗(yàn)期為8周。測(cè)定其生長(zhǎng)性能、血清生化指標(biāo)和脛骨強(qiáng)度。試驗(yàn)二:118日齡時(shí),從A、B、C組各隨機(jī)取健康且發(fā)育良好的雞90只,飼養(yǎng)在同一間蛋雞舍的3層階梯籠中,每組三個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)30只雞。試驗(yàn)期為60天。測(cè)定其產(chǎn)蛋性能、蛋品質(zhì)和免疫效果。結(jié)果如下:1.生長(zhǎng)性能結(jié)果表明,A組體重、脛圍和脛長(zhǎng)均顯著高于C組(P0.05)。體重在A組與B組間,14日齡時(shí)差異不顯著(P0.05),14日齡以后A組均顯著高于B組(P0.05);在B組與C組間,14、28日齡時(shí)B組顯著高于C組(P0.05),28日齡以后均差異不顯著(P0.05)。日增重與體重變化趨勢(shì)相似,日采食量?jī)H3~4周齡時(shí)A組與C組間差異顯著(P0.05)。脛長(zhǎng)和脛圍也與體重變化趨勢(shì)相似,但28、56日齡時(shí)各組間脛骨強(qiáng)度均差異不顯著(P0.05)。大籠的料重比相對(duì)較低,均勻度長(zhǎng)期比小籠高。56日齡時(shí),A組體重與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體重最接近,B組和C組體重均偏輕。2.血清生化指標(biāo)顯示,28日齡時(shí),FT4-I在A組血清中的濃度顯著低于C組(P0.05)。TP、GLB和T-CH在A組血清中的含量均顯著高于C組(P0.05)。56日齡時(shí),FT3-I、FT4-I和T3/T4在A組與C組間均差異顯著(P0.05)。ALP在B組與C組間達(dá)到差異顯著水平(P0.05)。P和TG在A組血清中濃度顯著低于C組(P0.05)。其它各項(xiàng)血清生化指標(biāo)在三組間均差異不顯著(P0.05)。3.開(kāi)產(chǎn)蛋雞性能表明,使用大籠和中籠進(jìn)行育雛育成,見(jiàn)蛋日齡和50%開(kāi)產(chǎn)日齡提前。各項(xiàng)產(chǎn)蛋性能指標(biāo)在三組間均差異不顯著(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)期間僅C組出現(xiàn)1.11%的死淘率。蛋品質(zhì)指標(biāo)僅蛋黃色澤在B組與C組間達(dá)到差異顯著水平(P0.05)。4.抗體滴度測(cè)定結(jié)果顯示,H5抗體滴度在第1、4次檢測(cè)時(shí),A組與C組間差異不顯著(P0.05),其它各次檢測(cè)結(jié)果A組均顯著高于C組(P0.05);7次檢測(cè)結(jié)果,ND抗體滴度在三組間均差異不顯著(P0.05)。綜上所述:使用大籠進(jìn)行育雛育成更有利于雛雞生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育,可使開(kāi)產(chǎn)日齡提前,提高產(chǎn)蛋早期(118~176d)H5的免疫效果。
[Abstract]:The quality of brooding directly affects the growth and development of chicks and the performance of laying period. At present, there are a lot of studies on the factors affecting the effect of brooding, but there is little research on the cages of chicks. The effects of different sizes of brooding cages on the growth, production performance and immune effect of laying hens were studied in this experiment. Experiment 1: 519 Roman brown commercial laying hens of close weight were randomly divided into 3 groups, which were divided into three groups: large, medium and small size brooding cages, and numbered as Agnan Bon C group (173 in each group). Wear wing number when entering the cage, and ensure the same density of each group by adding non-test chicken during the experiment. The trial period was 8 weeks. Growth performance, serum biochemical index and tibia strength were measured. At the age of 2: 118 days, 90 healthy and well-developed chickens were randomly selected from group A (B) C. they were raised in a three step cage in the same layer house. Each group had three replicates and 30 chickens per replica. The experimental period is 60 days. The egg laying performance, egg quality and immune effect were measured. The result is as follows: 1. The results showed that the body weight, tibia circumference and tibial length of group A were significantly higher than that of group C (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in body weight between group A and group B after 14 days of age. After 14 days of age, the body weight of group A was significantly higher than that of group B (P 0.05), and that of group B was significantly higher than that of group B (P 0.05) after 28 days of age, and there was no significant difference between group B and group C after 28 days of age. The trend of daily gain was similar to that of body weight. The difference of daily intake between group A and group C was significant (P 0.05) when the daily intake was only 3 ~ 4 weeks old. The tibial length and tibial circumference were similar to those of body weight, but there was no significant difference in tibial strength between the two groups at the age of 28 ~ 56 days (P 0.05). The feed weight ratio of large cage was relatively low, and the weight of group A was lighter than that of group B and group C at 56 days of age when the evenness was higher than that of small cage for a long time, and the weight of group A was the closest to that of group B and group C. The serum biochemical indexes showed that the concentration of FT4-I in serum of group A was significantly lower than that of group C (P 0.05). TPGLB and T-CH in group A were significantly higher than those in group A (P 0.05) and T3/T4 in group B (P 0.05). The serum concentrations of P0.05U. P and TG in group A were significantly lower than those in group C (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in other serum biochemical indexes among the three groups. The performance of the laying hens showed that the egg age and 50% of the first laying days were earlier than those in the large cage and the middle cage for brooding. There was no significant difference among the three groups in laying performance index (P0.05). Only 1.11% of group C died during the trial. The egg quality index only reached the level of significant difference between group B and group C (P0.05. 4). The results of antibody titer test showed that there was no significant difference in titer of H5 antibody between group A and group C at the first four times, but the other results in group A were significantly higher than those in group C (7 times). There was no significant difference in the titer of ND antibody among the three groups. To sum up: it is more favorable for the growth and development of chicks to use large cages to raise the age of laying, and to improve the immune effect of H5 in the early stage of laying eggs.
