小麥水解蛋白對(duì)早期斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能及腸道健康的影響

【摘要】:本課題意在探討小麥水解蛋白對(duì)早期斷奶仔豬生產(chǎn)性能、腹瀉、營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分的消化率、血清生化指標(biāo)、免疫功能及小腸發(fā)育的影響。選取23日齡杜×大×長(zhǎng)斷奶仔豬320頭(體重7kg左右),按試驗(yàn)要求分成4組,每組4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)20頭。分別喂基礎(chǔ)日糧、基礎(chǔ)日糧+1.0%L-谷氨酰胺、基礎(chǔ)日糧+3.3%小麥水解蛋白(含1.0%谷氨酰胺)、基礎(chǔ)日糧+5.0%小麥水解蛋白(含1.5%谷氨酰胺)的日糧。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:1)在斷奶后14d-28d試驗(yàn)各組的平均日增重分別比對(duì)照組提高了39.4%、19.6%和15.0%(P0.05),0-28d的日增重呈現(xiàn)相同趨勢(shì)。斷奶后14d-28d試驗(yàn)各組料重比分別比對(duì)照組低22.3%、13.2%和12.7%(P0.05),0-28d分別比對(duì)照組低18.3%、11.0%、9.6%(P0.05);2)斷奶后0-14d試驗(yàn)各組的腹瀉率分別比對(duì)照組低50.5%、34.1%和19.9%(P0.05),0-28d均低于對(duì)照組的56.2%、39.9%和20.4%(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)1組的腹瀉率最低;3)試驗(yàn)各組能量的表觀消化率較對(duì)照組分別提升7.33%、4.14%、3.08%(P0.05)。日糧粗蛋白的表觀消化率分別較對(duì)照組提升11.86%、9.61%、8.69%(P0.05)。對(duì)于Ca的表觀消化率,各試驗(yàn)組較對(duì)照組分別提升15.26%、9.30%、5.20%(P0.05);4)試驗(yàn)2組血清谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶的活性分別比對(duì)照組、試驗(yàn)1、試驗(yàn)3組低28.08%、24.11%、31.25%(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)2組的堿性磷酸酶活力明顯高于其它3組。5)試驗(yàn)1組、2組胰島素比對(duì)照組分別提高73.09%、88.37%(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)2組血清T3含量最高,較對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)1組差異不顯著;6)試驗(yàn)2組血清lgA的含量比對(duì)照組高38.61%(P0.05),比試驗(yàn)1組低且差異顯著。三個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組血清lgG的含量比對(duì)照組都高,但是差異不顯著;7)試驗(yàn)1、試驗(yàn)2組顯著增加血清IL-1β的水平(P0.05);8)試驗(yàn)1組、試驗(yàn)2組十二指腸絨毛高度/隱窩X度比對(duì)照組高60.80%、40.51%(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)2組空腸絨毛長(zhǎng)度最長(zhǎng),比對(duì)照組高30.2%(P0.05)。對(duì)照組空腸隱窩深度比試驗(yàn)各組分別深61.8%、42.1%、22.0%(P0.05),試驗(yàn)1、試驗(yàn)2組空腸絨毛長(zhǎng)度/隱窩深度比對(duì)照組高104.15%、85.86%(P0.05)。綜合研究結(jié)果表明試驗(yàn)2組飼喂效果較好。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of wheat hydrolysate on early weaning piglets' performance, diarrhea, digestibility of nutrients, serum biochemical indexes, immune function and small intestine development. Twenty 3-day-old Duroc 脳 big 脳 long weaned piglets (body weight 7kg or so) were selected and divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 20 piglets per replica according to the requirements of the experiment. The diets were fed with basal diet, basal diet 1.0% L-glutamine, basal diet 3.3% wheat hydrolysate (1.0% glutamine) and basal diet 5.0% wheat hydrolysate (1.5% glutamine). The results showed that after weaning, the average daily gain of 14d-28d group was 39.4% higher than that of control group, and 15.0% P0.05%, respectively, and the average daily gain increased by 39.4% and 15.0%, respectively, and showed the same trend between 0 and 28 days after weaning. After weaning, the feed weight ratio of each group in 14d-28d test was 22.32% lower than that in control group by 13.2% and 12.7% lower than that in control group for 0-28 days. The diarrhea rate of each group was 50.534.1% lower than that of control group, 50.534% and 19.9P0.05% lower than that of control group (56.29.9% and 20.4N / P 0.05) respectively. The apparent digestibility of energy in the test group was 7.33% higher than that in the control group (4.14%) and 3.08% (P 0.05). The apparent digestibility of dietary crude protein increased 11.86% 9.61% and 8.69% respectively compared with the control group (P 0.05). For the apparent digestibility of Ca, the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase in test 2 group was higher than that in control group (15.269.30g / 5.20 and 5.20g / kg, P 0.05) respectively. The activity of serum alanine aminotransferase (alt) in group 2 was lower than that in control group (P 0.05), and the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase (alt) in group 2 was lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). The activity of alkaline phosphatase in group 2 was significantly higher than that in other three groups. The serum T3 level of test 2 group was the highest, which was not significantly different from that of control group and test 1 group. The serum lgA content in test 2 group was 38.61g / kg higher than that in control group, and lower than that in test 1 group (P 0.05). The content of serum lgG in the three experimental groups was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant. Test 1. Group 2 significantly increased the level of serum IL-1 尾 in group 1. The duodenal villus height / recess X ~ (1) in group 2 was 60.80% higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The length of jejunum villi in group 2 was the longest, which was 30.2% higher than that in control group (P 0.05). The depth of jejunum recess in the control group was 61.82.1and the depth of the jejunum crypt was 22.0. In the experiment 1, the length / depth of jejunum villi in test group 2 was 104.1585.86m higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The results showed that the feeding effect of the two groups was better.
