【摘要】：試驗(yàn)旨在研究添加不同濃度的竹葉黃酮對濟(jì)寧百日雞增重及部分器官指數(shù)的影響。選用1日齡濟(jì)寧百日雞200只,隨機(jī)分為4個組,每組5個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)10只;對照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,試驗(yàn)組Ⅱ~Ⅳ分別在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0.05%、0.25%和0.45%的竹葉黃酮,試驗(yàn)期4周。結(jié)果表明:與對照組比較,1周齡0.45%劑量組的肝臟指數(shù)極顯著提高(P0.01)。3周齡0.45%劑量組的肝臟指數(shù)顯著提高(P0.05),0.25%和0.45%劑量組的肌胃指數(shù)極顯著提高(P0.01),0.05%劑量組的胸腺指數(shù)顯著降低(P0.05)。4周齡0.05%劑量組肌胃指數(shù)極顯著降低(P0.01),0.25%劑量組的心臟指數(shù)顯著提高(P0.05),肝臟指數(shù)極顯著提高(P0.01)。各試驗(yàn)組濟(jì)寧百日雞的周增重均有不同程度提高,4周齡0.25%劑量組顯著提高(P0.05),而0.45%劑量組極顯著提高(P0.01)�？梢�,日糧中添加一定量的竹葉黃酮能夠提高濟(jì)寧百日雞早期的增重、肝臟指數(shù)、肌胃指數(shù)、心臟指數(shù)和周增重,并且不同程度降低胸腺指數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different concentrations of bamboo leaf flavonoids on weight gain and organ index of Jining 100 day chickens. 200 1-day-old Jining 100 day chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups, 5 replicates in each group, 10 replicates in each group, and 0. 05% and 0. 45% bamboo leaf flavonoids were added to the basal diet in the control group and the control group respectively for 4 weeks. The results showed that compared with the control group, the liver index of 0.45% group at the age of 1 week was significantly higher than that of the control group. The liver index of the 0.45% group at the dose of 0.45% at the age of 0.45% was significantly higher than that of the control group. The muscular gastric index of the 0.25% and 0.45% dose groups of P0.05% and 0.45% was significantly higher than that of the control group. The cardiac index and liver index in the group of 0. 05% P0. 05% and 0. 25% P0. 01% of P0. 05% were significantly increased, and the liver index was significantly increased in the group of 0. 05% of P0. 05 and 0. 25% of P0. 05% respectively. The weekly weight gain of Jining 100 day chickens was increased in different degree in each test group. The 0.25% dose group significantly increased P0.05N, while the 0.45% dose group significantly increased P0.01g. It can be seen that adding a certain amount of bamboo leaf flavonoids to the diet can increase the early weight gain, liver index, muscle and stomach index, heart index and weekly weight of Jining 100 day chicken, and decrease the thymus index in varying degrees.
