不同飼養(yǎng)方式對(duì)溆浦鵝生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育規(guī)律的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)選用1日齡溆浦鵝60只,隨機(jī)分為傳統(tǒng)放牧組和配合飼料組,分別在0~13周齡進(jìn)行稱重,利用Logistic曲線方程對(duì)兩組鵝各周齡體重變化進(jìn)行擬合,并對(duì)0~13周齡兩組鵝飼料轉(zhuǎn)化比進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果顯示:(1)兩組鵝生長(zhǎng)過程均呈S型曲線,0~3周齡和10~13周齡兩組鵝體重之間差異不顯著(P0.05);4~9周齡兩組鵝體重之間呈現(xiàn)顯著或極顯著差異(P0.05或P0.01);(2)不同飼養(yǎng)方式下溆浦鵝體重增長(zhǎng)規(guī)律符合Logistic生長(zhǎng)曲線,擬合度均在0.96以上,傳統(tǒng)放牧組鵝生長(zhǎng)拐點(diǎn)為9.5周齡,配合飼料組鵝生長(zhǎng)拐點(diǎn)為8.0周齡;(3)從第7周起,兩組鵝體重與13周齡體重均呈極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),回歸方程分別為y=0.525x+0.235和y=0.468x+0.875;(4)隨著日齡的增加,傳統(tǒng)放牧組鵝飼料轉(zhuǎn)化比先升高后降低,配合飼料組鵝飼料轉(zhuǎn)化比逐漸增加。綜上,不同飼養(yǎng)條件下鵝的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育規(guī)律符合Logistic曲線模型,但生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育和飼料轉(zhuǎn)化比之間存在一定差異,并且溆浦鵝在傳統(tǒng)放牧飼養(yǎng)條件下具有較好的補(bǔ)償生產(chǎn)能力。
[Abstract]:Sixty Xupu geese of one day old were randomly divided into traditional grazing group and mixed feed group, weighing at the age of 0 ~ 13 weeks. The weight changes of the two groups were fitted by Logistic curve equation. The feed conversion ratio of the two groups at the age of 0 ~ 13 weeks was analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups (P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.01, P 0.01, P 0.01, P 0. 01, P 0. 01) and Xupu Xupu (P < 0. 05, P 0. 01, P < 0. 01, P 0. 01, P < 0. 01) under different feeding methods. The results showed that there was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups (P 0. 05 and P 0. 01). The law of body weight growth accords with the growth curve of Logistic. The fitting degree was above 0.96, the growth inflection point of the traditional grazing group was 9.5 weeks old, and the growth inflexion point of the mixed feed group was 8.0 weeks old.) from the 7th week on, the growth inflection point of the traditional grazing group was 9.5 weeks old. There was a significant positive correlation between the body weight of the two groups and the body weight at the age of 13 weeks. The regression equations were: yangzhou0.525x 0.235 and yang0.468x 0.875h4) with the increase of age, the feed conversion ratio of the traditional grazing group increased first and then decreased, and the feed conversion ratio of the mixed feed group increased gradually. In conclusion, the growth and development of geese under different feeding conditions accord with the Logistic curve model, but there are some differences between the growth and development and feed conversion ratio, and Xupu geese have better compensatory capacity under the traditional grazing condition.
