【摘要】：本試驗對莊河大骨雞及其雜交雞外形、生長性能和屠宰性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:青腳大骨雞公雞體重顯著大于黃腳大骨雞公雞(P005),黃腳大骨雞屠宰率大于青腳大骨雞屠宰率(P005)。大骨雞與肉種雞正反交所得公雞屠宰率差異顯著(P005),母雞差異不顯著(P005);大骨雞與蛋種雞正反交所得公雞屠宰率差異不顯著(P005),母雞差異顯著(P005)。大骨雞與肉種雞雜交后代體重與大骨雞相當(dāng),雜交雞在整個生長周期內(nèi)的體重都是平穩(wěn)的增長。結(jié)論,青腳大骨雞比黃腳大骨雞屠宰性能更高;大骨雞做為母本產(chǎn)生的后代具有更高的屠宰性能,大骨雞與肉種雞的雜交后代屠宰性能高于大骨雞與蛋種雞雜交后代。
[Abstract]:The appearance, growth performance and slaughter performance of Zhuanghe Dagu Chicken and its crossbred chickens were studied. The results showed that the weight of the big bone chicken was significantly higher than that of the yellow foot big bone cock, and the slaughter rate of the yellow foot big bone chicken was higher than that of the green foot big bone chicken. There was significant difference in slaughter rate between big bone chicken and broiler crossbred cock (P005), but no significant difference in hen (P005), but there was no significant difference in slaughter rate between big bone chicken and egg breeding chicken (P005) and significant difference between hen and hen (P005). The body weight of crossbred offspring of big bone chicken and broiler was the same as that of big bone chicken, and the weight of hybrid chicken increased steadily in the whole growth cycle. Conclusion: the slaughter performance of big bone chicken with green foot is higher than that of big bone chicken with yellow foot, and the slaughtering performance of cross progeny of big bone chicken and broiler is higher than that of big bone chicken and egg broiler.
