【摘要】：為更好了解犬腎上腺皮質(zhì)機(jī)能亢進(jìn)的臨床特點和診斷方法,通過對5例腎上腺皮質(zhì)機(jī)能亢進(jìn)的犬,結(jié)合患犬的病史、臨床癥狀、血常規(guī)、生化、尿液分析、B超檢查及垂體-腎上腺皮質(zhì)軸試驗進(jìn)行診斷。結(jié)果表明,患犬主要表現(xiàn)為多飲、多尿、多食、對稱性脫毛、皮膚變薄、腹圍增大、運動不耐受和高血糖等癥狀;常發(fā)生血液堿性磷酸酶和谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶升高;B超用于檢查腎上腺形態(tài);ACTH刺激試驗、低劑量地塞米松抑制試驗(LDDST)和ACTH刺激試驗結(jié)合,可用于診斷犬腎上腺皮質(zhì)機(jī)能亢進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In order to better understand the clinical characteristics and diagnostic methods of adrenocortical hyperfunction in dogs, 5 dogs with adrenocortical hyperfunction were treated with the combination of history, clinical symptoms, blood routine, biochemistry, Urine analysis, B-ultrasound and pituitary-adrenocortical axis test for diagnosis. The results showed that the main symptoms were polydrink, polyuria, polyeating, symmetrical depilation, thinning of skin, enlargement of abdominal circumference, exercise intolerance and hyperglycemia. Blood alkaline phosphatase and glutamate-alanine aminotransferase (alt) were often increased, B-mode ultrasound was used to examine the adrenal morphology of ACTH stimulation test, and low dose dexamethasone inhibition test (LDDST) combined with ACTH stimulation test could be used to diagnose adrenocortical hyperfunction in dogs.
