【摘要】：布魯菌病(布病)是最嚴(yán)重的人畜共患病之一,布魯菌可以導(dǎo)致患病動(dòng)物的流產(chǎn)及人類的馬耳他熱。外膜小泡是細(xì)菌在生長過程中自發(fā)釋放的一種球形的雙層膜結(jié)構(gòu)。在多種細(xì)菌中,外膜小泡發(fā)揮著運(yùn)輸細(xì)菌物質(zhì),抵御宿主殺傷作用,參與生物膜形成等多種功能。外膜小泡也可以影響布魯菌的內(nèi)化過程,并干擾宿主的細(xì)胞因子反應(yīng),從而使布魯菌建立對宿主的感染。除此之外,由于布魯菌的外膜小泡具有良好的免疫保護(hù)力,使其在布病的防控具有重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Brucellosis (brucellosis) is one of the most severe zoonosis, which can cause abortion in infected animals and Maltese fever in humans. Outer membrane vesicles are spherical double-layer membrane structures that are spontaneously released by bacteria during growth. In a variety of bacteria, outer membrane vesicles play a variety of functions such as transporting bacterial substances, resisting host killing and participating in biofilm formation. The outer membrane vesicles can also affect the process of brucellosis internalization and interfere with the cytokine response of the host, thus causing Brucella to establish infection on the host. In addition, because the outer membrane vesicles of Brucella have good immune protection, it has important application value in the prevention and control of brucellosis.
