高海拔地區(qū)干式發(fā)酵床飼養(yǎng)藏豬技術(shù)的初步研究

【摘要】:試驗選用兩種益生菌來制作干式發(fā)酵床,以不添加任何益生菌的發(fā)酵床飼養(yǎng)藏豬作為對照,對飼養(yǎng)5個月的藏豬計算結(jié)測重、平均日增重和檢測墊料的溫度、濕度并觀察藏豬的行為、健康狀態(tài)。結(jié)果表明:2種添加益生菌制作的干式發(fā)酵床飼養(yǎng)的藏豬結(jié)測重差異不顯著(P0.05)但顯著高于對照組(P0.05);未添加任何益生菌的發(fā)酵床飼養(yǎng)藏豬生長緩慢,患病率高;通過測定,添加益生菌的干式發(fā)酵床墊料核心溫度在17~28℃、濕度不超過30%,能較好的發(fā)酵降解糞便,能夠減輕養(yǎng)豬對環(huán)境的污染,降低藏豬疾病發(fā)生,為高海拔地區(qū)飼養(yǎng)藏豬提供健康養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)和理論研究依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Two kinds of probiotics were used to make dry fermenting bed. Tibetan pigs were fed in fermenting bed without any probiotics as control. Weight measurement, average daily gain and temperature of cushion were calculated for Tibetan pigs after 5 months. Humidity and observe the behavior and health of Tibetan pigs. The results showed that there was no significant difference in weight measurement of Tibetan pigs raised in dry fermenting bed with two kinds of probiotics (P0.05), but it was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), and the fermentative bed without any probiotics had a slow growth rate and a high prevalence rate.
