酶菌復(fù)合制劑對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、腸道微生物和血清指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究保育料中添加酶菌復(fù)合制劑對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、腸道微生物和血清免疫指標(biāo)的影響。試驗(yàn)選擇108頭健康的33日齡杜×長(zhǎng)×大三元雜交仔豬,隨機(jī)分為3組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每重復(fù)6頭仔豬(公、母各半)。對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,抗生素組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧+100 mg/kg桿菌肽鋅+50 mg/kg硫酸粘桿菌素+100 mg/kg喹乙醇;酶菌復(fù)合制劑組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧+0.5 g/kg酶菌復(fù)合制劑(啤酒酵母菌、地衣芽孢桿菌、堿性蛋白酶等)。結(jié)果表明:酶菌復(fù)合制劑對(duì)斷奶仔豬的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率沒(méi)有顯著影響(P0.05);酶菌復(fù)合制劑組與對(duì)照組相比腸道乳酸菌含量增加,大腸桿菌含量降低,但各組間差異不顯著(P0.05);酶菌復(fù)合制劑組球蛋白含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),白蛋白/球蛋白顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子-1含量顯著高于其他組(P0.05),血清總蛋白和免疫球蛋白Ig G有增加趨勢(shì)(0.05≤P0.01)。綜上所述,飼料中添酶菌復(fù)合制劑對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能及腸道微生物沒(méi)有顯著影響,但能影響部分血清生化及免疫指標(biāo),在一定程度上提高了斷奶仔豬的免疫力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of enzyme bacteria compound preparation on growth performance, intestinal microorganism and serum immune index of weaned piglets. A total of 108 healthy 33-day-old DU 脳 Chang 脳 Da three-way crossbred piglets were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 6 piglets (male, half female) in each replica. The control group was fed with basic diet, the antibiotic group was fed with basic diet of 100 mg/kg bacitracin zinc sulfate 100 mg/kg olaquindox for 50 mg/kg, and the enzyme complex group was fed with basal diet 0.5 g/kg enzyme bacteria compound preparation (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). Bacillus licheniformis, alkaline protease, etc. The results showed that the final weight, average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed conversion rate of weaning piglets were not significantly affected by the enzyme bacteria compound preparation, but the intestinal lactic acid bacteria content and the Escherichia coli content in the enzyme bacteria compound preparation group were higher than those in the control group. The content of globulin, albumin / globulin, insulin-like growth factor-1, serum total protein and protein in the enzyme complex preparation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the ratio of albumin / globulin was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), while the content of insulin-like growth factor-1 was significantly higher than that in other groups.
