【摘要】：水牛是全球第二大產(chǎn)奶家畜,水牛奶雖然營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富,但目前產(chǎn)奶水平較低,缺乏專(zhuān)門(mén)化乳用品種。利用分子育種手段,對(duì)產(chǎn)奶性狀進(jìn)行遺傳改良,培育專(zhuān)門(mén)化乳用品種,是水牛育種的重中之重。目前主要有2種策略應(yīng)用于水牛產(chǎn)奶性狀的改良,一種是候選基因策略,與水牛產(chǎn)奶性狀相關(guān)的候選基因主要包括STAT1、A2M、GHRL、DGAT1、STAT5A、BTN、OXT、LEP、TG、MTNR1A和CSN1S1等,另一種是全基因組選擇策略,雖然該技術(shù)在奶牛上應(yīng)用廣泛,但目前在水牛研究中剛剛起步,繼續(xù)開(kāi)展對(duì)水牛產(chǎn)奶性狀分子標(biāo)記的篩選與應(yīng)用,可為提高水牛產(chǎn)奶性能、建立專(zhuān)門(mén)化乳用品系提供技術(shù)支撐,對(duì)于水牛良種化培育具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Buffalo is the second largest dairy animal in the world. Although buffalo is rich in nutrition, it has a low milk production level and lacks specialized milk products. It is the most important point of buffalo breeding to use molecular breeding methods to improve the milk-producing traits and to cultivate specialized dairy products. At present, there are mainly two strategies applied to the improvement of buffalo milk production traits. One is the candidate gene strategy. The candidate genes related to buffalo milk production traits mainly include STAT1A2MU GHRLGHRLGHRLGHRL5, BTNOXTOXTGG, TGG, MTNR1A and CSN1S1, and the other is the whole genome selection strategy. Although this technique has been widely used in dairy cattle, it has just started in the research of buffalo. The screening and application of molecular markers for buffalo milk production traits can provide technical support for improving buffalo milk production performance and establishing specialized dairy product lines. It has important practical significance for buffalo breeding.
