【摘要】:隨著養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)養(yǎng)豬的規(guī)模化、科學(xué)化成為我國養(yǎng)豬業(yè)實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本文根據(jù)我國養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出生豬的自動化飼喂控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。整個系統(tǒng)有由下位機操作子系統(tǒng)和上位機控制子系統(tǒng)兩部分組成。下位機操作子系統(tǒng)主要實現(xiàn)飼喂機的自動運行、食槽的定位、食槽加料等自動化操作及無線遙控、上位機控制等手動操作。上位機控制子系統(tǒng)主要用于對下位機的監(jiān)控,在上位機觸摸屏上顯示飼喂機的運行狀態(tài)、設(shè)置飼喂機系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)參數(shù)及手動控制等操作,同時可以通過無線通信在遠(yuǎn)程計算機上對系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)監(jiān)控。下位機操作子系統(tǒng)主要包括飼喂機的軟件及硬件設(shè)計。以S7-200 PLC為控制核心,同時擴展無線遙控、電機驅(qū)動器、光電開關(guān)等模塊;在STEP7 Micro/WIN開發(fā)環(huán)境中編寫控制器相關(guān)的應(yīng)用程序,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的控制功能。上位機控制子系統(tǒng)由MCGS觸摸屏與計算機組成,在觸摸屏上采用MCGS組態(tài)軟件,在計算機上使用組態(tài)王軟件,設(shè)計相關(guān)的界面對系統(tǒng)的運行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控并顯示,同時設(shè)計不同的界面用于進(jìn)行控制參數(shù)的設(shè)置、上位機控制等,實現(xiàn)對系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測與控制。目前,飼喂系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在養(yǎng)殖現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行安裝調(diào)試和運行,測試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)達(dá)到設(shè)計的相關(guān)要求,系統(tǒng)滿足使用者的需求。
[Abstract]:With the development of the pig industry, the realization of the scale of pig raising, scientific become the key to realize the leapfrog development of the pig industry in our country. According to the development of pig industry in China, the design of automatic feed control system for live pigs is put forward in this paper. The whole system consists of two parts: the lower computer operation subsystem and the upper computer control subsystem. The operation subsystem of lower machine mainly realizes the automatic operation of feeding machine, the positioning of feeding slot, the automatic operation of feeding trough and wireless remote control, the manual operation of upper computer control and so on. The upper computer control subsystem is mainly used to monitor the lower computer. The operation state of the feeding machine is displayed on the upper computer touch screen, and the related parameters of the feeding machine system and manual control are set up. At the same time, the system can be monitored by wireless communication on remote computer. The operating subsystem of lower machine mainly includes the software and hardware design of feed machine. Taking S7-200 PLC as the control core and extending the modules such as wireless remote control, motor driver, optoelectronic switch and so on, the controller related application program is written in the STEP7 Micro/WIN development environment to realize the control function of the system. The upper computer control subsystem is composed of MCGS touch screen and computer. The MCGS configuration software is used on the touch screen and the configuration king software is used on the computer. The related interface is designed to monitor and display the running state of the system. At the same time, different interfaces are designed for setting the control parameters and controlling the upper computer, so as to realize the monitoring and control of the system. At present, the feed system has been installed and debugged in the breeding site. The test results show that the system meets the design requirements and meets the needs of the users.
