【摘要】：已知雞基因組中含有禽內(nèi)源性反轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒ALVE1序列,而ALVE1在雞基因組中的上游和下游區(qū)域位置在參考基因組中并未成功鑒定。本研究成功鑒定出ALVE1所在雞基因組中的上、下游序列,并通過(guò)提取CEF細(xì)胞和DF-1細(xì)胞基因組反過(guò)來(lái)驗(yàn)證了ALVE1的位置信息。與參考基因組不同的是,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)ALVE1序列包含3'LTR序列,在雞1號(hào)染色體上的插入位置為chr1:65,995,534~65,993,540。本研究不僅提供了ALVE1在雞基因組中的完整信息,也為進(jìn)一步研究ALVE1的功能奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Avian endogenous retrovirus ALVE1 sequences are known to exist in chicken genomes, but the upstream and downstream regions of ALVE1 in chicken genomes have not been successfully identified in reference genomes. In this study, the upstream and downstream sequences of the chicken genome in which ALVE1 is located were successfully identified, and the location information of ALVE1 was verified by extracting the genome of CEF cells and DF-1 cells. Different from the reference genome, we found that the ALVE1 sequence contains the 3'LTR sequence, and the insertion position on chicken chromosome 1 is chr1: 65995534 / 65993540. This study not only provided complete information of ALVE1 in chicken genome, but also laid a foundation for further study on the function of ALVE1.
