【摘要】：應(yīng)用全身過敏性、皮膚刺激性、黏膜刺激性和乳腺刺激性試驗,評定了利福昔明混懸乳劑的安全性。結(jié)果表明,致敏試驗豚鼠均未出現(xiàn)過敏性反應(yīng)。在皮膚刺激性試驗中,單次敷藥組家兔皮膚均未見異常變化,多次敷藥組雖有1只試驗兔皮膚出現(xiàn)了短暫性輕微紅斑,但皮膚刺激反應(yīng)積分平均值僅為0.2。在黏膜刺激性試驗中,受試藥物組有1只試驗兔的陰道黏膜出現(xiàn)輕微的充血現(xiàn)象,陰道黏膜刺激反應(yīng)積分平均值為0.2。乳腺刺激性試驗羊乳房未見異常癥狀,乳腺組織未見充血、水腫和白細胞浸潤等病理變化。綜合評價試驗結(jié)果表明,利福昔明混懸乳劑是一種安全性良好的制劑。
[Abstract]:The safety of the free suspension emulsion was evaluated by the use of systemic hypersensitivity, skin irritation, mucous irritation and breast irritation. The results showed that the allergic reaction was not found in the sensitized guinea pigs. In the skin irritation test, the skin of the rabbits in the single dressing group had no abnormal changes, and there were 1 rabbit skin tests in the multiple dressing group. The skin irritation response was only 0.2. in the mucosal irritation test. The vaginal mucosa of 1 rabbits in the experimental group had slight hyperemia in the experimental group. The average value of the vaginal mucosa irritation response was 0.2. breast irritation test, no abnormal symptoms were found in the breast, and the breast tissue was not filled. Pathological changes of blood, edema and leukocyte infiltration. The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that the suspension emulsion of leucahixin is a good safety preparation.
