超微粉碎與添加復(fù)合外源酶制劑對(duì)生長豬脫脂米糠飼糧中礦物質(zhì)和氨基酸消化率的影響

【摘要】:研究了超微粉碎(平均幾何粒徑50μm)與添加復(fù)合外源酶制劑(內(nèi)含植酸酶、纖維素酶、木聚糖酶和阿魏酸酯酶)2種處理對(duì)生長豬脫脂米糠飼糧中礦物質(zhì)和氨基酸消化率的影響。選擇4頭平均體重為45 kg的三元(杜×長×大)雜交去勢(shì)公豬,在其回腸末端安裝T-瘺管,飼喂按照2×2因子設(shè)計(jì)的4種試驗(yàn)飼糧(脫脂米糠基礎(chǔ)飼糧(平均幾何粒徑450μm)、超微粉碎脫脂米糠飼糧、脫脂米糠加酶飼糧和超微粉碎脫脂米糠加酶飼糧),采用4×4拉丁方試驗(yàn)安排進(jìn)行消化試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:(1)超微粉碎顯著提高了Cu的回腸表觀消化率(AID)和Mg的全消化道表觀消化率(ATTD)(P005),對(duì)其他礦物質(zhì)消化率無影響;添加復(fù)合外源酶制劑顯著提高了Ca、Zn、總磷的AID(P005),顯著提高了Ca、Mg、Zn、植酸磷(P005)以及總磷(P001)的ATTD;超微粉碎與添加復(fù)合外源酶制劑結(jié)合使用極顯著提高了Ca、Zn以及總磷的AID(P001),顯著提高了Mg、Zn的ATTD(P005),極顯著提高了Ca、總磷、植酸磷的ATTD(P001)。(2)超微粉碎、添加復(fù)合外源酶制劑以及二者互作對(duì)必需氨基酸、非必需氨基酸、總氨基酸和粗蛋白(CP)的AID均無顯著影響(P005),但使CP的AID分別提高了163%,320%,382%(P005),ATTD分別提高433%,498%,415%(P005),對(duì)粗蛋白ATTD的改善效果優(yōu)于AID。結(jié)論:超微粉碎處理對(duì)生長豬脫脂米糠飼糧中大多數(shù)礦物元素和主要氨基酸的AID和ATTD無顯著影響;添加復(fù)合外源酶制劑處理則能顯著提高脫脂米糠多種礦物元素的AID和ATTD,改善CP的AID,但對(duì)氨基酸的AID無顯著影響;超微粉碎與添加外源酶制劑對(duì)脫脂米糠飼糧多種礦物元素以及CP的AID和ATTD的改善表現(xiàn)出明顯的協(xié)同效果。
[Abstract]:The effects of ultrafine grinding (mean geometric particle size 50 渭 m) and adding compound exogenous enzymes (including phytase, cellulase, xylanase and ferulic acid esterase) on the digestibility of minerals and amino acids in the diet of defatted rice bran of growing pigs were studied. Four crossbred ovariectomized boars with an average weight of 45 kg (du 脳 long 脳 large) were selected and Tfistula was installed at the end of the ileum of the ovariectomized boars. Four kinds of experimental diets (defatted rice bran basal diet (average geometric particle size 450 渭 m), ultra-fine pulverized defatted rice bran diet were fed with 2 脳 2 factor. The digestion experiment was carried out with 4 脳 4 Latin square experiment arrangement for defatted rice bran plus enzyme diet and ultrafine pulverized defatted rice bran plus enzyme diet. The results showed that the apparent digestibility of Cu and mg were significantly increased by superfine grinding. The apparent digestibility of the whole digestive tract of mg was not affected by the apparent digestibility of other minerals. The addition of compound exogenous enzyme significantly increased the ATTDof CaOZN, AIDP005N of total phosphorus, Ca-MgZn, P005 (P005) and P001), and the combination of ultrafine pulverization and the addition of compound exogenous enzyme increased the AIDP001C and AIDP001of Ca-Zn and TP significantly. ATTDN P005N, which is high in MgO Zn, has greatly increased Ca, TP, Phosphorus phytate (ATTDX P001N. P001U. 2) ultrafine grinding, adding compound exogenous enzyme preparation and the interaction of the two essential amino acids, non-essential amino acids, The total amino acid and crude protein AID had no significant effect on P005, but the AID of CP increased 163320 and 382 respectively, and P005 increased 433498and P005, respectively. The improvement effect of CP on crude protein ATTD was better than that of ATTD. Conclusion: the AID and ATTD of most mineral elements and main amino acids in the diet of defatted rice bran were not significantly affected by ultrafine grinding. The AID and ATTDs of various mineral elements in defatted rice bran were significantly increased by adding the compound exogenous enzyme preparation, and the AID of CP was improved, but the AID of amino acid was not significantly affected. The superfine pulverization and the addition of exogenous enzymes showed significant synergistic effects on the improvement of many mineral elements in the diet of defatted rice bran as well as the AID and ATTD of CP.
