【摘要】：為了調(diào)查廣東地區(qū)豬戊型肝炎感染和流行情況,本研究對2014~2016年廣東地區(qū)豬場抽取的血樣進行抗體檢測,以及對豬肝和糞便樣品進行病毒核酸檢測,PCR結果陽性的樣品進行序列分析,確定所感染戊型肝炎病毒的基因型。結果顯示,戊型肝炎病毒抗體平均陽性率為69.2%,PCR陽性率為46.7%,對PCR結果陽性的30株樣品基因序列分析顯示,29株為基因型Ⅳ型,1株為基因型Ⅲ型。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the infection and prevalence of swine hepatitis E in Guangdong, the antibody was detected in blood samples taken from pig farms in Guangdong from 2014 to 2016. The positive samples of viral nucleic acid detected by PCR in pig liver and feces were sequenced to determine the genotype of hepatitis E virus. The results showed that the average positive rate of hepatitis E virus antibody was 69.2% and the positive rate was 46.7%.
