γ-氨基丁酸與延胡索乙素配伍對小鼠急性疼痛模型的鎮(zhèn)痛作用

【摘要】:為了了解中藥延胡索乙素(L-THP)與γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)配伍對動物模型的鎮(zhèn)痛作用,試驗以小鼠急性疼痛為模型,以布洛芬、嗎啡為參照藥物,通過小鼠醋酸扭體試驗和小鼠甲醛致痛試驗,分別觀察記錄用藥小鼠在注射致痛劑后20 min內(nèi)的扭體次數(shù)和舔注射足時間。結(jié)果表明:LTHP與GABA配伍,在25~200 mg/kg濃度時具有良好的外周鎮(zhèn)痛作用,能明顯抑制醋酸致小鼠扭體反應。甲醛致小鼠的Ⅱ相疼痛反應,L-THP與GABA配伍的作用強于或等于布洛芬;而對甲醛致小鼠的Ⅰ相疼痛反應,L-THP與GABA配伍的作用與布洛芬相似,弱于嗎啡,說明L-THP與GABA配伍可用于疼痛應急疾患。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the analgesic effect of the combination of tetrahydropalmatine L-THPand 緯 -aminobutyric acid (GABA) on animal model, acute pain model in mice and ibuprofen and morphine as reference drugs were used in the experiment. By acetic acid writhing test and formaldehyde-induced pain test, the writhing times and the time of licking injection were recorded within 20 min after injection. The results showed that the compatibility of GABA with GABA had a good peripheral analgesic effect at the concentration of 25 mg/kg and could inhibit the writhing reaction induced by acetic acid in mice.
