基于色差技術的微生物發(fā)酵床墊料發(fā)酵等級研究

【摘要】:采用TES-135色差儀對微生物發(fā)酵床大欄養(yǎng)豬場的160份墊料樣本進行色度分析,采用亨特(Hunter)色差公式:△E=[(△L)2+(△a)2+(△b)2]1/2對樣本間的色差進行統(tǒng)計分析,結合STDEV算法,根據樣本的色差相對于平均值(μ)的離散程度(σ),將墊料的發(fā)酵等級分為4級:0△E≤μ-2σ為發(fā)酵1級;μ-2σ△E≤μ為發(fā)酵2級;μ△E≤μ+2σ為發(fā)酵3級;△Eμ+2σ為發(fā)酵4級。通過表觀顏色、干濕度、味道、腐爛程度等對不同發(fā)酵等級的墊料樣本進行表觀描述,結果顯示墊料的色度分析能準確反應墊料的發(fā)酵等級。這為墊料發(fā)酵等級的快速鑒定奠定理論基礎。
[Abstract]:The colorimetric analysis of 160 padding samples from the pig farm of microbial fermenting bed was carried out by using TES-135 chromatic aberration instrument. The color difference formula of Hunter's Hunter was used to analyze the color difference between samples by using the formula E = [(Ln _ 2 (a ~ (2) (bn ~ (2)] _ (1 / 2), combined with the STDEV algorithm, the color difference between the samples was statistically analyzed.
